The bolded one simply cannot happen so no. Also whoever makes it out of the bottom is winning the title.

Those projected results are certainly plausible especially since Rus has beaten Razzano; which probably was the most likely spoiler match to prevent the wooden spoon scenario. I remembered this happened to Caro at both the FO and Wimbledon last year but at least Caro won two matches at RG and three matches at Wimbledon before the wooden spoon route unfolded.

I dont know anyone thinks it is more than a very tiny likelihood, like almost nothing. Wozniacki beating Goerges on clay would be a huge upset given their past matches and Wozniacki not even in good form or momentum right now. Sharapova is unlikely to lose to Na or Kvitova in the semifinals right now. She is just too mentally strong for the currently headcasey and error strewn fellow power hitters, even if both can match her shot for shot, and have the games to beat her. Azarenka, Stosur, or Radwanska have little chance vs any of those in the finals too given the surface and matchups. Well Azarenka could well beat Sharapova, but that would be the only one, and after their last match I would favor Maria in that too.

i don't think it's going to happen, but the chance isn't that remote either

:sobbing: I am biased because of my fondness for wooden spoons, but I LMAO'ed.
