I drink with tea leaves and tea bags, I don't discriminate. I don't squeeze, I just lift the bag up and down and swirl in the water.

Tea is amazing.

I haven't needed to squeeze since I perfected my dunking technique. I can achieve the appropriate color and taste with the right number of dunks every time.

btw, I do press it (squeeze by spoon, if you mean) sometimes.

I could not live happily without tea. Love it - my favourite drink bar none. I sometimes even drink it when out for dinner! I like my tea really STRONG. I drink about a dozen cups a day. I prefer loose tea but tea bags are easier. Strongest I can find are:

Ringtons, but they only home deliver; Co-op Indian Prince; Marks and Spencer Extra Strong; Fortnums and Mason Assam.

And I ALWAYS squeeze!

I really wanted to make a selection. My answer is - sometimes. Usually not but sometimes if the tea is weak. Then I get that great tannin flavor.

Never squeeze, only dunk and let it sit and steep. I only drink tea when sick/sore throat. I used to like iced tea but not really anymore.

I thought this thread was about extremist Republicans, until the third poll option.

I've become completely obsessed with this tea over the past few weeks: http://www.adagio.com/black/golden_monkey.html?SID=cdd73e3e97d2df7a1020a469638 0cfb1

If I use loose leaves I don't squeeze them. :)

If I use a tea bag, I squeeze the bag against spoon with the string.

Twinings Irish Breakfast is my favored brew. Otherwise some green teas, mint, Lapsang Souchang, or chamomile or other herbal tea. NO LIPTON or TETLEY CRAP!

I let them steep for about 2 miuites, I then Shake, and lightly squeeze with my spoon.

Never. But when I'm done drinking the tea, I wrench the spoon into the bag and twist its tea leaves guts out. Muaha.

I'm obsessed with rooibos right now, and I always squeeze cause somehow the taste is a bit mild, especially after I add honey and milk. And I'm too cheap to use 2 bags. Still need work on my squeezing technique though, seems like there's too much wastage.
