Welcome to Memphis, USA! This southern city is hosting the second indoor event of the year, and first in the USA. As there are three events taking place this week, the Memphis line-up isn't featuring any huge stars. However, the top seeds, Czechs Andrea Hlaváčková and Lucie Hradecká won the French Open last year, which clearly proves what a force they can be. Meanwhile Russian former top three player Nadia Petrova will partner with Latvian Līga Dekmeijere as the third seeds to provide their own source of power from the bottom half. Other than these afore-mentioned teams, Memphis will be playing host to vast arrays of veterans, juniors, and locals alike who would like to use this week to gain some ranking points, ensuring that competition won't be boring. Vote now as the Memphis International begins!
