i expect this discussion to cause lots of disagreements

since everyone complains that the tour lacks unique players because all their gamestyles look the same, answer the question and to spice it up, add to your answer which player the fave of the person above actually resembles

dont forget you can be a fanboy and say your fave is truly unique or even compare him with a retired one

im gonna throw the first bomb by saying venus plays similar to near-goat serena in lots of aspects

(expecting some hater to say she actually looks like dushevina)

I still think Jankovic's style looks like Myskina's

Hasn't everyone stomped on Dushevina enough for one lifetime?

I think Madison Keys has a similar style to the Williams. Even though her grip isn't.

Hmmm. Most all of my favorites seem to have a strategy of being tall and blonde.

Petkovic and Dementieva too.

Endless crosscourt rallies without much flair.

Serena does NOT play similarly to Venus.

With Venus, it's hard and flat and going to the net.

Serena works the ball a lot more, the court more, but doesn't really go to the net as much.

And to answer the question, Maria Sharapova is poor mans Venus Williams.

Andrea's strokes are way fuglier than Lena's were :o.

Anyway what other player is tall, pretty, big forehand, horrible backhand, and is a huge choking mug? :hehehe:

Rly?

Let's c. They both have big flat ground strokes, big 1st serve and a weaker 2nd serve, GREAT RUNNER both of them, and they have almost the same age. So, what's your point here?
