Sveta :help:.

Feb 16th, 2012, 10:31 PM
 so typical for brain and useless Sveta these days!
Good level in 1st set it seems, no breaks, then choking at 64 in TB as always, losing the set 67(6) before getting the first break of the match to lead *10 in 2nd set and then immediately gets broken herself.
After that her 1st serve was just one joke and the match lost anyway, lame

Feb 16th, 2012, 11:36 PM
Well done, Lucie! :)

Great week in Doha. Lucie showing her huge talent again :hearts:

Feb 17th, 2012, 12:49 AM
Well done to Lucie! :worship:

But Sveta just can't seem to be able to build up any momentum. She is much better than Lucie at surviving a couple of rounds most weeks but then she just seems to peter out. Good results to beat Martinez Sanchez and Kirilenko in straight sets but then she loses out again. It is hard to see how she can regain a top 20 place if she can't pull out any big results anymore.

Lucie on the other hand has always been a streaky player and when she has one of her good weeks, she is capable of beating lots of players and moving to the latter stages.

Safarova's 1 good event of the year probably
Sveta  :o

Feb 17th, 2012, 01:53 AM

Feb 17th, 2012, 03:10 AM
Oh my GOD Sveta :hysteric:

Feb 17th, 2012, 04:49 AM
Yah well done Lucie. She really seems to like these courts.

IMO, Lucie's best results have come on a slow hard court like the Australian Open when it was on rebound ace, Doha, etc.
I just wish she would work on her net game. She can hit her way out of trouble with many players. Once they are able to go tit for tat though, she starts to look one dimensional.

Feb 17th, 2012, 05:53 AM
wow...lucie is having some great wins...win it all now :)
