The house does not suck because construction hasn't even begun yet. What I've posted are only the plans that Architect Boi e-mailed to me. Those plans have not been finalised and may be changed subject to any whim that I may have.

And I posted them because a chick asked me (by PM) about my place and I couldn't attach the files to my PM reply. I guess I also posted them to show what a smug bastard I am.

Anyway, I like the plans, although my feeling is that the house is a bit on the large size for one guy. Then again, I do like to host large parties now and again, and I do need a lot of work space, not just for myself but also for my collegues Legal Boi, Hubcap Boi and I Shit in Your Convertable Boi.
