No one cares about Kirsten anymore unfortunately, but she won 25K Middelburg last week after beating Geuer, Gamiz, Melnikova, Y.Sema and Rezai :D. And she is now through to the QF of 25K Zwevegem after beating Kerkhove and Georges. She will now face Buyukakcay for a spot in the semis. Go Kirsten! :bounce:

Congratulations. What a turn around to her season. Kirsten deserves a lot of credit for her hardwork and perserverence.

I remember thinking at the time that she was playing challengers that she was setting herself up nicely to go fir it in 2013. Proved me wrong in many ways!

Kirsten is on track for her highest ever season end ranking! Amd yo finish season in top 100 for just the third time.

Does anyone know what's up next?

I hope a few weeks of rest. With all the injuries and health issues she has had she needs to be careful not to get too excited and push too hard.

This is my report from it:
-Flipkens really didn't play well but won. She had some trouble closing it out, but when she did some people went to her for autographs and interviews and she seemed really cool and funny. Some guy asked her to take a picture with him and he said his wife would take the picture and then she said "You sure she won't get jealous?" and then everyone around laughed :lol:
