The stand out stat was that Co won 26 of her 33 1st serves. She only lost 5 pts on serve in the 2nd :worship:

Btw, she'll take on the winner between Rezai vs Pauline for a spot in the MD :bounce:

Well done Coco! I'm beginning to think that dropping the USTA was a good idea.

Always great to hear about Coco serving someone off the court. Any stats on aces and service winners?

Kinda shocked with this result... thought Oprandi's game would frustrate Coco... glad I'm wrong!

Where are the ones who said that Coco could be at her best an ITF player? :spit:
Romina is a very tough opponent and, even if I'm sorry for the result, I'm still happy Coco did it :yeah:
Romina

I actually like Vandeweghe, probably has the most potential out of all of the up-and-coming Americans right now. And you cant help but like her name........ it just screams "My family is way too rich for their own good".

Not that it matters one iota but I'm going say flatly I don't like this result. Quite disappointing to see a player I like a lot lose to one I'm not terribly fond of. Oh well.
