As last year Sloane starts with a loss into the new season :( . I don't know which one was worse this one or the one last year against Junri Namigata, who had a horrible season after that :lol:
Hopefully she gets at decent Draw in Melbourne at least...

Congrats to Yvonne though, I hope she can reenter the Top 100 this season because she's a really hard worker and deserves it. ;)

I'm honestly not shocked with this result. Yvonne is a tough player to take on when your match play rusty.

what can stephens do to beat a player like meusburger? stephens on the grass of notts and brum was stood 10 feet behind the baseline and doing barely anything with her shots. she isn't going to outgrind a player like yvonne and hasn't the shots to over power her.

Exactly. It's all she does.

She's pretty useless but even this is a low.
