Gonna say HP, because i'm a huge fan.. read the books 10 times geek.
But I watched Rio on the airplane and it was pretty funny :p
Watched pirates of the carribean on the same flight but the ending was so bad and wasn't a real story, probably the worst!

The Help was horrific. Emma Stone was underwhelming. Even Viola Davis couldn't save that mess of a movie. I'm so tired of Hollywood and those types of movies.
Of the box office hits, I enjoyed Harry Potter and Planet of the Apes most. I only saw a few of the others and none left me impressed. I still have nightmares about Breaking Dawn. :sobbing:

Although I liked The Help, I agree. Emma Stone and Allison Janney have the worst southern accents ever, and the whole vibe of the movie was just blehhh. A for effort! not oscar worthy though.:p
Favorite movie was definitely 50/50; shit made me cry like a bitch. :sobbing:
Haven't watched any on the list, and probably won't plan on it. Maybe only HO 2

Not only the accents, Emma Stone looked ridiculous. Her hair, makeup, etc. so weird looking. But yeah, definitely blah all in all. I felt the same way about Blind Side though which is a similar feel good kind of movie.
Anyways, the best movie I've seen this year was Shame. But I've only been back to America for like a month so I haven't seen many movies beyond the big Hollywood blockbusters as it was hard to find anything else in the Philippines.
