Why did Kim stop in the middle of her speech saying "hold on a sec" or whatever?!

What was that dude in the crowd saying to her?! I know it was in response to him!

Omigod, her speech was so funny!

i think it was "what about the belgians" and then she said "wait a minute, you'll get our turn" something like that... then few moments later, she spoked in dutch, and all the crowds clapped, and she said "you don't need to clap, i know you don't understand" then all the stadium laughed!!
