In mixed doubles?

Jankovic is local. She is never winning a slam.

Well that Sanchez betrayal, and I think that´s the way she´ll look at this, will either destroy her completely or only make her determined to show him, that she is still better than Wozniacki. Now I don´t think she has enough left to do that or play a top 5 season, but motivated and determined she has as good a chance to win the wide open French Open as anyone. So fully motivated and fully focused (maybe for the first time ever) I can see a return to the lower top ten region (6-10) and a serious challenge at the French Open. If she wants to half-ass it though, she´ll fall out of the top 20, maybe even top 30. My money would be on the 2nd option and a finish around 25-30 in the rankings.

It`s easier Venus winning a slam agiain than Jelena ever winning one.

If Jelena ever wins a Slam, this forum would go totally crazy as hell, because that's the most unexpecting thing for everyone.

Is this for real :oh:. She won't win a slam, ever...

She had her chance with her previous coach, now Caro got him and Caro will win a slam for sure :oh:.

:spit: :spit:

Let her try and string together a few decent matches at a slam first. She has only made it past the 4th Round of a slam once in the last three years.

 But if it does happen, JJ will be in fact the oldest slamless ex-No.1 to win a slam.... but only by a few months compared to Momo.

Graf and Navratilova I think won a slam past 27

lol.

realistically she should always be a favourite for the french open, but her heart hasn't been in it lately and she seems to have lost a step of pace.

the begining of the season will tell us everything about whether she bucks the downwards trend or she continues slipping.

Then the end of the world is real. Her form was dreadful for the last 2 years, why would she win a slam next year?

Don't see it happening, tbh. Recently changed a coach, had problems with her health last season...too much issues. On the other hand, she's one of the 'veterans' now so maybe her experience will finally pay off.
