According to this article, there might be a chance of a WTA-Tournament in Prague next year (which is more than ok, given the fact they have Kvitova + a big amount of quality players in the Top 100). But I really thought the WTA learned something from the disaster in Warsaw... Gaz de France ended the partnership with the Brussels Tournament so they have financial problems now. Just great. They really have to cancel that premier slot before FO and get Amelia Island back, this is just pathetic :O

BNP Paribas Fortis took over, so Brussels remains.

I'm glad for Brussels :D. A little sad for Prague though, because I really want that event back! It could be played the same week as Birmingham .

EDIT: Bad Gastein is then, so maybe the week of Baku .

Singapore is trying to get on the calendar too, but this year seems crowded with the Olympics, so maybe 2013.

1. It wasn't little.
2. Only because Caro won it.
3. That was a bad tournament.

Brussels was so crap  The clay was ridiculously slow, and for some reason there were always dandelions (or something that looked like them) floating across the court

I'd rather they brought back Antwerp if they want a Belgian tournament on the calendar.

I think, Sunshine again is going to play five clay tournaments in a row before Roland Garros :worship:

The semis had Caroline, Fran and Vera, along with Peng.
Decent field there, but no Kim.
