Vera has improved alot in the last year. She only started playing the junior grand slams this year. She needs time to develope. But her results since Wimbledon have been dissapointing. There is no denying that.

not from Wimbledon but after US Open

she kinda had a flu bug last week, she just wasn't herself.

She should have beaten Maja Matevzic in Moscow qualies too but pressed for too much.

She's pretty raw at the edges and with a bit more experience she'll get there.

Petrova won a junior slam at 15 too, she did fine,
but her and slam winner, the senior one, that's pretty far
but still, wish her good luck anyway........

Petrova would be top 20 or better if she was healthy. Vera D is very good too.

She is an interesting young girl with alot of promise, actually I agree after Wimbledon her results havn't been promising but hopefully this is just her age and that alot of tennis will not always provide the best results.
