OTOH, the Williams fans who do like fans of non Williams fans who don't like other fans who like Williams fans who like non Williams sister who like the Williams sisters are some of the nicest fans on this board. Too bad it was too long for the poll so the Kim fans ended up winning.

I am a Williams fan who hates Williams fans who like non Williams fans who hate the Williams sisters for the same things their faves do but I am also a Williams fan who likes non Williams fan's faves but not the fan of the fave and as a result enjoy when my fave who isn't a Williams fails because I know that it also hurts the faves fan (referring of course to the aforementioned failure) and feels fine for a fleeting moment (especially when the aforementioned, fave's fan's fleeting failure occurs during one of the four fantastic fortnight festivals).

I think it is proper to feel this way.

Does this edict apply to me too?

I just don`t like Venus & Serena and their family!
I think, everybody has to decide on his/her own which player he/she likes or not. In my opinion you have to respect the fans and treat them as friends but you don`t have to like the same players.
