As in the one starring Paul Bettany & Kirsten Dunst? It's okay, typical Brit rom-com.

I think the ladies semi finals are played on Court 2  But hey, it's a film - it's meant to be unrealistic. Non-tennis fans wouldn't be any the wiser either way.

IMO it's a nice movie, but totally unrealistic! But hey, it's supposed to be a fairytale story, so it's cool :)

In the movie, Paul Bettany and his opponent played a 123456789th rally in one point included through raining :haha:

It's AWFUL! And I usually like those type of films.

A much better tennis-related film is Woody Allen's Match Point.

It's OK for a Rom-Com, but the tennis stuff is so unrealistic it's hilarious.
A low ranked WC Englishman winning Wimbledon?! :oh: :haha:
The matchplay is sooooooo ridiculously fake. :tape:

Dunst is best in Sofia Coppola's Marie Antoinette and The Virgin Suicides. Eternal Sunshine as well.

As for Johansson (Match Point), she's never had a performance anywhere near Lost in Translation.

Shit film with horrible CGI of tennis rallies/tennis ball. Not particulalry good as far as rom-coms go either.
