Tough work out ahead, should make for intereting grass court tennis. between them will have 71 years of experience.

Great look forward to it - Kimiko takes the ball so early and if she's not overawed it could be a really good match. Kimiko loves grass too.

Tough draw for Venus. After this is Jankovic then Zvonareva.

Venus should win, as long as she plays like her usual self on grass. Good net play & serve, few UFE

Venus should win, but the age comparison is unfair. In early 30s one doesn't have to lose that much of their physical abilities and one definitely has a lot of experience. At 40 the loss is probably noticeable.

Hope kimiko makes things interesting, and we don't see another error fest (RG round one)

I have faith that she will play a good match, not an easy match up for Venus this early in her comeback. She will win though.

Actually she turned 31 four days ago.

It's amazing to have a 40 year old in round 2. Over at MTF everyone's impressed that there's a 35 year old in round 2.

Kimiko is just amazing to be playing at this age. Venus is probably shocked to how early she takes the ball. Hope Kimiko will make it competitive, I think it's the last Wimbledon for her. Glad it's on Centre Court. :)

Fucking hell Kimiko's netplay is the best on the WTA. Venus' serve is out of this world. Both deserve a standing ovation after the set.

The Williams sisters return have instantly made women's tennis interesting. Wow, I hope Kimiko doesn't knock out Venus but wouldn't it be a story for the ages?
