Jun 16th, 2011, 02:52 PM OMG  Like this thread is about Domachowska :o See you crying after Wimbledon R1 :bigwave::oh: BlueTrees Jun 16th, 2011, 02:55 PM At least she's actually ranked high enough to get into the maindraw. In fact Domachowska didn't even get into the qualifying draw so she has to play a $25,000. :hah: Adrian. Jun 16th, 2011, 02:59 PM OMFG :o How old are you? why do you even mention Domachowska here? She has nothing to do with Dokic's cake draw...:oh: :bigwave: BlueTrees Jun 16th, 2011, 03:00 PM Maybe if she was actually ranked high enough to get into these tournaments, people would actually give a damn about her. iGOAT Jun 16th, 2011, 03:01 PM OMG. JELENA. YESYESYES. :inlove:. She has really held it together this week and somehow miraculously made the semifinals without even dropping a set :worship:. A GREAT chance to reach the final now ;). I think I must have missed them. All I see are posts from her fans who are pleased, and might I add surprised, that she has won. Why would you want to ruin that for them? What happened to you as a child that would explain such behaviour? @danieln1 Jun 16th, 2011, 04:49 PM So random............ Her whole career is random, Larsson is a very good player Just Do It Jun 16th, 2011, 05:41 PM Every  She won against Kudryavtseva, who hasn't won anything since like forever, against injured Pennetta and clay player Larsson...oh yeah, she is in top form and has beaten strong opponents...:oh::rolleyes::p Why the FUCK do you have a need to come in Dokic thread(s) and try to underestimate Jelena's achievements ? Go to Istanbul $25 000 ITF thread and bitch about Domachowska. Thank you. Good Bye. simonsaystennis Jun 16th, 2011, 05:42 PM :woohoo: So happy for Jelena! Keep going!! SVK Jun 16th, 2011, 05:44 PM Larsson isn´t clay player although she achieved the best results on clay this year...her game on clay can be actually eye-hurting. BlueTrees Jun 16th, 2011, 05:47 PM Says this person :awww: :rolls: SVK Jun 16th, 2011, 05:52 PM It's Jelena-Dominika final ;) Oh plese just not this...Cibulkova being in final of grass tournament would be embarassing...and winning her first title on grass would be even worse:tape: King Aaron Jun 16th, 2011, 06:32 PM Jelena :yeah: WhatTheDeuce Jun 16th, 2011, 06:34 PM LMFAO @ this thread. Is Jelena the most consistent player on the Tour? Obviously not. If you want consistency, go watch Wonizacki return 1,000 top-spin balls in a row to the middle of the court. But she's far from the most inconsistent player either. She had a very good, solid, consistent first 3 months of the year, rarely losing to players below her and beating many above her. It's true that once things switched to clay, she didn't perform well - a combination of an apparently nasty virus and an inability to get any momentum on clay. But now we're back on grass and although she hasn't returned to her early season form, she's playing decent grass court tennis, and it's hardly some huge shock that she's in the Semis. The thing people overlook about Jelena is that this is the first time she's really committed a full year on the Tour - at the WTA level - in a very, very long time. Of course there are going to be some ups and downs. But what has really been most striking about her season so far is her consistency - consistency of effort, quality and results. There's definitely some exceptions, but she's not like Lucy Safarova (who, by the way, she's beaten twice) who one day can look like a Grand Slam champion and the next day look like a shitty club player. CrossCourt~Rally Jun 17th, 2011, 02:37 AM Well done Jelly :yeah: Jo-La  But still a nice run ;) | |
