Well? :D

I want to but I have no time at all :o Too much workshifts. Only thursday is an option. Very annoying that Pentecost is in the way and the weekends are more expensive bc of travelling. :(

I was considering... stopped when I saw ticket prices though. Probably that high due to the charity thing (just to prevent a misunderstanding: I'm not against the charity character of the event).

I don't think it's more expensive than last year.

Ticket prices are similar to what they were last year. Also they have a presale where you get 25% off.
I'm planning on going Saturday - Tuesday. Fingers crossed though for the weather.

I have been going for quite a few years now. Love this tournament :hearts:

I think I will be going as well this year. Not sure which day though. Also depends a bit on the weather :oh:
Won't be the 1st time I have been there all day and only saw players warm up
At the end of the day they gave us tickets for the next day. But by then I had a cold/flu so I couldn't go :spit:

Have fun
Just bring an umbrella and sunscreen, because you never know :oh:

I love the friendly atmosphere, maybe because it is in Brabant ;) :p
I think because it is played outdoors. When matches have been delayed because of the rain, the crowd is just really happy to see some tennis

I had a great time :)
I had an umbrella with me (fortunately didn't need it, although it looked really bad at some moments) and also sunscreen, but I thought it wasn't necesarry because it was so cloudy all day and now I have a little sunburn  talking about stupid :)

there's indeed a really friendly atmosphere, it's well organised (especially compared to the Brussels tournament I visited a couple of weeks ago :tape: in short: we arrived, they said it was sold out, my dad and I got in for free through some back entry and stands were half empty all day) and it's a really beautifull setting!

me seeing Kim warm up and play added a lot to the fun of course :)
first time I saw play on grass aswell, and it was a bit strange at first :)
if I can, I'll surely go back some other time!

btw, saw Jelena Dokic practice (she looks so unfit ) and Alona Bondarenko play (she urgently needs to eat a bit more)

Happy you had a good time
There were quite a few Belgian fans, which is great. They got to see all of them yesterday: Alison, Yanina, Kim and Kirsten in doubles :)

I haven't been to too many big tournaments, just Rotterdam and 's-Hertogenbosch. I prefer 's-Hertogenbosch, it is just so much fun, really relaxed atmosphere. The players seem to love it as well. I also went yesterday, we decided on Sunday night. It was a great day. Looked like it could rain any minute at certain times, but thankfully it didn't. Might go again on Friday, but I'm not sure yet. Had trouble arriving there though. It was so busy on the road (and such a mess) to take the exit to Autotron, so arrived a bit later than expected :sobbing:

I didn't see Jelena  But I did see Alona and yeah I noticed that too.
Chakvetadze didn't seem too happy after practice.

Kiki was all smiles during practice (she was practicing with Simona Halep). She is really enjoying herself which is great to see.

the traffic was a bit of a mess indeed!
we arrived a bit later, so we got in after about half an hour, but I read on Filip Dewulf's twitter it took him 2 hours

I love it how players just walk around :) you're sitting down, having a drink and hey, there's Marcos Baghdatis waving to a little girl :) or Alison Van Uytvanck and Demi Schruurs running around like two schoolgirls (which they are of course;))
I saw a few minutes of Chakvetadze's practice and I can imagine why she wasn't too happy ;)

It took us almost 1hr45 as well which is quite a bit longer than normal. So we arrived later than we planned to.
There were a few matches I wanted to see that were scheduled at 11.00, but I just couldn't make it to watch all of them. Really was curious to see van Uytvanck. Saw her Q-match against Dolonts (livestream) and was quite impressed.

But that is indeed great about this tournament (I'm not sure about other tournaments except R'dam). Players are really relaxed. Walking around, taking pictures, signing autographs. They all seem pretty relaxed.

I missed Chakvetadze practicing. I arrived when she was done and Halep and Bertens were starting to practice there. But imagined it didn't go too well for her ;)

But Kim lost today :( I wanted to go on Friday as well and watch her QF match :sobbing:
