all of the above except Ivanovic. I'm on the fence about kvitova. she defnintely has the potential.

Not writng masha off yet. Azarenka and caro the best shots.

Most likely? I'd say Azarenka.

Wozniacki cannot win 2/4 slams right off the bat. Then Australia's hardcourt is a bit slower and the ball sits up. Makes it easy for someone like a Li, Williams, Azarenka, Kvitova to tee off on. Wozniacki's best shot is at the USO and there, everyone seems to play well.

Kvitova? She has promise, not sure it's slam promise -- yet.

Sharapova and Ivanovic may contend in slams but neither will be winning one.

Let's not forget a certain Svetlana Kuznetsova FEELS old because she has been around for a while but she is young. She is going to be around for a while.

^Azarenka's made a slam quarterfinal like...what..two times in her life? :spit:

Karolina
Azarenka is doubtful to win 7 matches in a row :awww:
Kvitova :spit: too much of a ball-basher to make 7 consecutive great showings but who knows she might have a chance in Wimby :scared:
Ajde seems to be a lost cause
Sharapova, I want to believe she can but right now even she does not have such belief :crying2:

Now, I bet every single Caro's fan will come here to vote on this pull. They probably think that if she wins this pull, she'll instantly win a Grand Slam. :haha:

Caro. Time to make the leap. winning the Montreals of this world is nice, but mean nothing till she wins the biggie.

Vika..although..if she insists hitting 90mph 1st serves, then...

Kvitova...big game. not sure about consistency.

Sharapova..she's done. But might surprise us.

Ivanovic..only reason she even won one was because she faced Safina in the final. ;)

Ana and Maria have the proven track record but are off form... and whether they ever get back into the form needed to win only time will tell
You get the feeling with Caro and Azarenka its only a matter of time...
Same goes for Kvitova just i think it might take slightly longer

I expect Caro to have a slam by this time next year, Azarenka to have at least a final and by end of 2012 to see either Ana or Maria have won another

Caroline: As much as I dislike the girl and her game and it sickens me to say this, I believe she will probably win at least one slam in the future. I thnk she might win about 3-5 slams by the time her career is up. I dont think she deseres that many I just dont see her having a great deal of competition once Venus/Serena/Kim retire and Masha doesnt seem to be quite back to her slam winning form just yet.

Vika: I think she will win 1-2 slams

Masha: I definitly believe she has another 1-3 slams left in her. She porved last month that she still has 'it' and is continuing to gradually get better and back to her best.

Ana: I just cant see her winning a slam again. With her it seems like she is just getting on a little wun and then she takes 2 or three steps back. Its been that way for about 2 and a half years now.

Kvitova: Not really sure about her. ATM I will say no but I think she will have a number of deep runs. She may have a great tournament and snatch one.

I expect in next 3 years that majority (3/4/5) of this 5 girls will win some slam. Voted for Ana Ivanovic because I expect of her to win Roland Garros (maybe already this season). All other slams are still very depending on W-Sisters and Clijsters, so no guarantee for anyone.

I'll do it with percent chance I think each has of winning a slam in the next 3 years...

Caroline: 90%
Vika: 60%
Maria: 40%
Ana: 25%
Petra: 20%

I agree with your odds for the first 3. Drop Ana to 10% and raise Petra to 40 or 45% though.

Wozniacki: she will win 5 or 6 slams.

Ivanovic: will never win another slam. Almost certain on this.

Sharapova: might well never win another slam. Might win another 1-3 also. Hard to say.

Kvitova: will probably win a slam someday, might take awhile though.

Zvonareva: too much of a headcase to win a slam. Then again if she overcomes it she might be able to win 1 or 2.

Azarenka: should win 2 or 3 slams in the future. Probably will need to avoid Wozniacki though.

She will be around on tour maybe, but she wont be winning anymore slams. I would give her even lower odds to win a future slam than Ana.

If the grass at Wimbledon ever plays fast again Petra and masha still have a shot, but realistically woz - she keeps putting herself in the position to win tourneys and one of them is gonna be a slam soon

Gosh you people are so pathetic saying that Vika and Caro will win slams soon. Vika will lose round 3 like usual (too hot outside for her) and Caro will get outhit like usual. Now I know Maria's not doing much better but jeez, and people say I'm delusional.

Yeah, and you think Maria has more chances than them, right? It's better be "pathetic" than delusional. Maria doesn't win a single title for about ONE year and you still dared to vote for her on this poll. What a shame.

Not in the next 3yrs. but overall :

Caro : Maybe 1 slam but she'll never win one.

Vika : Definitively 5 (2 AO, 1 Wim, 1 RG, 1 USO)... her best rivals in this crap era are Caro who does shit in majors, Vera who can't contain her nerves... irrelevant Sam and Schiavone... Vika isn't in her prime yet and by so not yet peak... so imagine...

Petra : 2 (1 Wim, 1 USO)... she could be a nightmare on very fast surfaces and very sooner than expected... Wim 2010 was her 1st. attempt.

Ana : 3 or 4 (2 RG, 1 USO or 1 AO or both)... US Open is kind of delusional... Decoturf or grass do not suit her game well.

Maria : 7 (1 RG, 3 Wims, 2 USO, 1 AO)

Safina, JJ, Vera : None

Masha is certainly in a much better place than Ana is right now and pretty much has been for a while (maybe apart from the end of 2010). If I had to put it money on which one of these two would win another slam I couldn't look past Masha. Ana could suprise everyone though, who knows.

Caro will win several Slams, at least 4.
Vika might win 3 Slams at least.
Pova is washed. :)
Ivanovic's fistpump won't be enough to win a Slam. Maybe another RG though, but she has turned to such a headcase.
Kvitova might win Wimbledon one day, so at least a Slam.
