Peng Shuai
Elena Vesnina
Dominika Cibulkova
Bethanie Mattek-Sands

they've all been in finals before, and they are very capable of winning titles

Vesnina should've won Tashkent and Istanbul last year
Peng had her chances in Strasbourg a few years ago
Cibulkova had a close final with Maria at AI

what do you think?

Vesnina has a chance tomorrow, but she's up against Wozniacki, so not really.

Do you mean tonight? I reckon she's sick of choking and will win ;)

shushu HAS to win a title this year. she has to. there was no way she was going to beat wozniacki in the final so i'm ok with her half-choking against vesnina.

hopefully shuai will win an international tournament this year. anything. i just want her to have a title

the fact that cibulkova, who was once 12th in the world and who has made a GS SF, hasn't won a title and has only even just been in 2 finals is kind of bad

How can Vesnina lose to Alla K in Tashkent and 7-5 4-0 against Pav :sobbing:

Dominika Cibulkova she got a real good chance @ Barcelona Ladies Open not no playing really big playing there.
Elena Vesnina still have a chance as well is she enter a smaller event even through she just lost a final a couple mins ago, I think a going win one this year

Probably Shuai Peng, she's the most consistent.

Beth still chokes a lot, Vesnina is unpredictable, and it seems Cibulkova is not really interested in winning a MM, while at the same time she often can't keep playing well throughout the whole tournament.

This board is so strange. This is Vesnina's only recent result in over a year, and she has more possibilities than consistent players like Bethanie and Dominika. BAH
