Winning a tournament without serving an ace

Wozniacki's 1st serve percentage has been quite impressive so far in IW; 186 of 250 = 74.4%!
But she hasn't served a single ace! If she wins Sunday's final also without serving an ace, would that be a first time in a Premier Mandatory?
And how often if ever has it happened at any level; Grand Slam, YEC, Tier I, Tier II & Tier III?

NB: Yes, I'm aware the Tier system isn't in use anymore.

Against Sharapova it was actually a part of her tactic (acording to Sharapova she never went for the serve just making a hard solid serveto avoid 2nd serves, an make Sharapova work for the point)

Against Bartoli it is different, she made 2 aces in Doha And she dosn't have problem with the 2nd serve against her.

Sara Errani won Palermo and Portoroz in 2009, you could try and find the statistics of her matches there.
