Does her withdrawal mean that she has still used her allocated wild card does anybody know?

In order to answer your question we have to know if Dinara's WC was considered tentative or binding and if so - I assume this is important for you - what's Dinara's MD-WC maximum in 2011.

I assume that Dinara confirmed WC by the Qualifying Sign-In deadline (4:00 p.m. tournament local time, the day prior to the start of Qualifying) and she withdraw later. If so, I am under the impression that she recieved WC-MD and therefore it counts to her maximum.

I further assume that players fulfill the obligation to have competed in WTA Tournaments for 10 Tour Years or more if they played at WTA-QDs or more (not necessarily consecutively) in order to be allowed to recieved three additional WC's. If so, Dinara's WC-MD maximum is six.

Be warned: As there are much more educated members, see my answer only as a personal opinion!
