Decision Deadline (after acceptance has been released.

After the entry deadline has closed for the Tournament, players have one(1) week decision time period to withdraw from the Main Draw of a Tournament without penalty. (The decision deadline is the 5.00pm Eastern Standard Time,USA, one(1) week after acceptances have been produced and released whichever is the later). After this one week time periods a player cannot withdraw from the Main Draw of any Tour event to play another Tournament the same week (or any other reason*), and will be subject to withdrawl fines or must use one of her two medicals in order to avoid a fine.

* A player may not withdraw from a Main Draw after the One Week Decision Deadline to accept a Wild Card into another event. However a player may withdraw from Qualifying of a Tour Tournament up until one week prior to the star of the Tournament to accept a Wild Card into another Tournament, including an ITF Tournament.

<br />The Main Draw of 1st Preference <br />If a player is accepted into the main draw of her first preference, she is automatically withdrawn from all other tournaments she entered that week.

The Main Draw of 2nd Preference<br />If a Player is accepted into the main draw of her 2nd preference tournament and qualifying or alternate of her 1st preference tournament, she will remain on both lists for one week. Monday, one week after the entry deadline, she must decide if she will play the Main Draw of her 2nd choice or the Qualifying Draw of her 1st choice.

After the Decision Deadline she cannot remain on both lists. If she is in the main draw after this deadline, she will be automatically withdrawn from all other Tournaments that week.
