Aga was down double break in first two sets, 0-3 in the first, 1-4 in the second, also down 0-3 in the final, served for the it at 5-4 in the third :sobbing:

3 hr match can't be good for the foot :scared:

she should of rested if she felt injured, playing with an injured toe can make things worse for you in the long run:sad:

I didn't see any of the match, was Aga moving better than she was against Wozniacki in Tokyo? She really seemed to struggle in that match before retiring.

I hope that this is it for Aga this year. Playing injured is very stupid and she is not doing herself much good in the rankings either. I think it would be for the best if she puts this year behind her and concentrates on getting healthy for 2011.

Being a mandatory and WTA rules being what they are, I suppose there-in lies the real reason why a foot injured Aga felt forced to play this R1 match. Get some rest and healing time now girl.
