At least it will give Christina a lot of confidence hopefully :) But I can't imagine Vika was trying 100%. Still, good job Christina!!

 Even thought it's just an exhibition, I still can't imagine Vika would be okay with losing. Nonetheless, this will do wonders for Christina's confidence :yeah: Wins over Oudin and Azarenka :cheer:

When I saw McHale play Wickmayer in the New Haven qualies last year, I was extremely impressed with her serving. For a girl who's only 5'6(?), her serve is out of this world. Beautiful body weight transfer and extension to get the power on her serve.

She hits a little too flat on the groundstrokes though. Allows her to be aggressive, but too many errors.

I think she has the potential to make it to the top 50, and I hope she sneaks into the top 30 some day.

 She hits her forehand with heavy topspin.

 She hits her forehand with heavy topspin.Hmm, what about the backhand? I must have remembered wrong then. She was dictating play against Wickmayer (who had more safety on her shots) and then hitting either into the net or hitting long. I thought she needed to put more topspin on her shots overall. I'll look for clips of her on youtube.
