I know that Meghann Shaughnessy once hit 22 aces in a match but I don't think that's a record

IIRC, this has been done before and suprisingly, I think it was Myskina. with something like 36 aces.

According to this guy (http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20090702140927AAHps0B) on Yahoo answers, somebody has hit 48. It's incredibly unreliable however, as he doesn't know who hit the aces :spit:

Well if Serena played for 11 hours, I'm sure she'd hit 100+ aces.

Luckily for her, she can manage to close out matches in less time.

Well i certainly doubt if any women, including serena could ever hit +50 aces even if they play for 20 hours... These numbers are just so ridiculous comparing to ATP where their typical numbers are at least +30 :lol:
