Congrats Nara, 2 consecutive Grand Slam main draw:worship::worship:
Please draw someone decent, I am sure she will have a great shot against players outside top 50:bounce: Or maybe even higher. This girl certainly has a great future for Japanese tennis.:hearts:

Enjoyed watching Kurumi's Q2 and Q3 matches. She's a feisty player who moves really well, and her game is quite well suited to grass I think. Her backhand particularly is hit hard and flat. Just a pity Doi didn't qualify as well.

Here's a clip of the match point, Kurumi was really happy! Sorry for the size (27Mb) but it's in HD.

Steph :( Good try though, picked up a few wins at least :) Maybe with some luck she can pick up a LL spot in the main draw

Well done Kurumi. :yeah: It's really promising to see her winning these GS matches on a consistent basis. Hope it says a lot about her future in the top 50.

Dubois had triple set point on Nara's serve at 5-4 in the first. :)

Good stuff Kurumi. :yeah:

I saw her playing Kanepi a couple of weeks ago and I was very impressed by her footwork. It usually takes players a long time before they figure out how to move like that.-
