We had already one similar quarter...Dulko/Scheepers/Amanmuradova/Larsson...everybody expect Dulko to reach R4...she lost to Scheepers..the same is here with Kleybanova (I bet most people will pick her) but she will lose too...Groth will be in QF;)

Weird, Yari and Nastya were both in the same situation at the US Open when one of Dulko/K Bondarenko/Yari/Nastya would reach a quarterfinal.

I expect the winner of the match between Kleybanova and Shvedova to make the quarters. Yes, it will probably be Alisa but I will be routing with all my heart for Slava and I think she has a real chance. That said, whoever wins this match I not only expect them to reach the quarters I hope they get to the quarters and beyond, even if Alisa beats Slava.

Kleybanova, of course. She played terrific tennis today. Rodionova was handed the match, Groth played an injured 39 year old, and Shvedova got exactly the kind of player she wants: a pusher on clay.

Alisa will blow them all off the court

Clay is the best surface for pushers:shrug:

But not for a struggling pusher who can't find her game (a la Radwanska)
