I personally would never buy an HP again. I've had horrible problems with mine, so do many people I know.

Yes. the processor, System RAM and Graphics card should be more than enough for what you need.

I work with all computer manufacturers, and if it were up to me I'd personally put Asus, Acer, Gateway , emachine and a few others out of business :tape::help:

Thanks for all your guys advice!
But I'm so confused! haha.

I was going to get an Asus G72GX but it does not have i7-720QM Quad Core Processor or the DDR3 memory.
And I know it has a better graphics card and stuff.

So yeah haha, I am soo confused!

I had an HP and I could buy a new one after only 1,5 years. In the computer shop they say it can't be fixed either so I had to buy a new one.

My netbook has no problems with Photoshop other than a low screen resolution.

For a laptop, it's quite good.
But HP is known for over heating (mine did)....so if you have some extra cash, I'd suggest getting a decent laptop fan.

I was thinking of buying a netbook or laptop, but they seem to be overpriced...200 is the minimum Ive seen, and even then they only have trial versions of Microsoft Office and Anti-Virus programs, meaning another 100 at least to have a worthwhile unit.

My ipod touch does most of the functions of a basic netbook anyway...web browser, email, games, music, video...but I wanted a netbook for basic word processing. Any netbooks at a decent price come with the likes of Word, Excel and Access?

That's what happened to mine, It started to overheat and first my wireless card went out then the mother board. Apparently all the models of the HP that I had had the same problem. I called HP and they said there was nothing they could do and they tried to convince me to buy a new computer from HP. I only had it for about a year and a half! That was $800 down the drain
