Maybe she is trying make up for lost time... but that can backfire in term of fatigue.

Perhaps she just want to play as much as she can before possibly being banned again.:o :tape:

1/11: AO Q
1/18: AO
1/25: AO
2/1: Fed Cup

She had 12 days between losing in AO to playing Fed cup.

She has always preferred to play in blocks of tournaments so she can get into a good rhythm with her form (which is why she always gets better as tournaments go on). At the end of 2007 she played 5 challengers in a row, winning 3 of them, and also achieving a F and a SF. Its the system that just works best for her, and she can physically handle it.

If you look at her schedule for the rest of the year, you will see it is extremely reasonable.

There is no problem
Why not play Linz when her father is Austrian?
And why not play Luxembourg when you're Belgian?

Luxembourg is extremely close to any Belgian city. No wonder Belgians like to play there.

If she will be No.3 like Wozniacki, then she was right:o

NA GOAT is right, she plays too often.
Yet it seems she needs to play a lot of matches to improve.

Also let us not forget she did not play too much against the big guns.

Playing against Serenilla for example results in acute tendinitis.
