i hope so, i really do! she wd be in my sig if she wasnt such a fail right now!

i was watching youtube highlight vids of her yesterday and miss her loads! (one match against jankovic shows she's too talented to be in the position shes in now) , i think she needs to build herself up again by starting off a fresh at a lower level

Do you realize how many wins and good runs that would take, considering her current ranking? There's no way.

To be honest I'm very impressed that all of Nicole's fans haven't abandoned her by now. She doesn't even seem to be interested in playing the sport they are a fan of her for playing.

For me, I don't think so. She's kind of had the look of a player nearing retirement during this year. Sad, because she's only 20, still could have 8-10 years of playing if she wanted it and stayed healthy.

Nov 9th, 2009, 11:34 PM
No. I think she just needs to take a mini-break from tennis right now, rediscover her passion and then start all the prep-work for her return to the tennis scene. She's way too talented not to return to the world's top 30. I highly doubt we will see her inside the top 15/10, but she can definitely make it back to the top 30/40 I think.

A big "No". She got too skinny. She lost her game. She lost her mind. She hasn't the ranking to even enter any tournaments now.

I would like to see a chart of her ranking from Jan to Dec 2009. It's probably in one of those stickied threads.

One good run and she is in top 50.

Not really. She's ranked 187 right now. That won't even make qualifying for some of the premier tournaments. And to get in the top 50 after one good run would have to be the SFs of a slam, after winning 3 qualifying matches. Realistically, it's a long shot for her to get in the top 50 after a single run. Maybe a couple of good ones but either way, it would take more wins in a couple of weeks than she's had in all of 2009.

Nikki Vaidisova is a pure example of how mental tennis is. On paper, she's probably at least top 5 in the world. One of the best and consistent forehands, one of the best and consistent backhand, a top 5 serve, great return, great touch, and above average movement. But in big points, she loses. I think losing to whorevanovic after having 3 match points at wimbledon 2k7 really killed her.

Forehand yes, but backhand has always been not good even though she could hit winners with it.

That match, but there were lots others (against Henin at the end of 2007, with Maria they were the 2 closest to beat Justine; also against Daniela...)

You posted this a few months ago -

^ Oh look, someone has a new account :weirdo:(Probably Kworm or that creepy pova fan who stalks Ana fans and shouts 'this_is_love' and 'that_is_love'. )

Huh? This is my first account, I've been reading the forums for a while and I just registered recently. This is not an alt. Also, Ana is one of my two favorite players so don't hate on her.

And now you post this -
