wonder what the French Federation thinks about this, as these are the 2 "bad girls" of French tennis  :p

I hate to choose. I love them both. It would mean so much for Aravane, though. I hope she wins in a really great, hard-fought match.

If Im not mistake, the stakes in the final are huge : top 10 for Marion, top 30 for Aravane. Can't choose! Marion finishing with 50 wins would be great though.

Marion hits way to hard for Aravane, and has quite a serve advantage. Very slim chances for Rezai, but I wouldn't mind neither winning.:D

Just look at their website to see what they think about it...

2 Frenchgirls in SF and this is the 3rd info after Bercy's draw and (:help::help::help:) Forget and Escudé to carry on as captains (oh irony:rolleyes:)

After making the final :

Marion is still #11, a few points behind Radwanska and will finish at #9 if she wins.

Aravane is already at #30 and will finish with the same amount of points as Hantuchova (1985) if she wins, that means 25th or 26th position.

I want Rezai to win but Bartoli usually would be better in this stage.

Aravane hopefully. If she plays like she did today, there is every chance of winning :)

I'll say Rezai in 3

Cool final. It was their match from 07 French Open that first attracted me to Marion. That was quite a slugfest, hope for the same here.

Marion winning her 3rd title of the year would be a fitting end to 2009. :D

Like them both. Think Marion will win in 3 sets.

Marion to end up 2009 ranked number 9

Aravane to win in 1 or 2. Marion will retire to avoid being in top 10 and be restricted to play next year.

What a great final, I hate that Goofie-Event :o

Anyway, Marion played really some great tennis that year. I think she should win.
