Hey,

Does anyone know what Kim's off-court training schedule looks like? I mean, what kind of work out exercises she does, and so on. I'd be really interested in what her weekly schedule looks like. i mean, weeks when she isn't playing any tournaments.

I don't know what her tennis excercises look like, but I know she spends 1 and a half to 2 hours a day in the fitness rooms to strenghten her shoulder and back muscles (that helps to stabilize the area around her injury, so that that area doesn't have to deal with too much pressure, otherwise the fracture will aggravate)
