Yep, it's back! Starting this Thursday in
the States , and on Friday for everyone
that's in SouthEast Asia.

My first question is why so many Texans?
3 who reside there, and another batch
who live elsewhere now- but with roots
in Texas!!

I wonder if it's going to be a East Coast/
West Coast liberal thing -VS- Southern

Sep 19th, 2002, 04:53 AM
Who knows. I can't decide what I think of this cast. Gotta wait and see what happens tomorrow.

Sep 19th, 2002, 06:10 AM
Yay survivor I am so looking forward to it!!!

One lives in Plano Tx, where I live...and there are 2 others in the Dallas area. One is from Austin TX too...that makes 4 texans!

Sep 19th, 2002, 04:55 PM

Check those pics out!! You will see how the Tribal council looklikes!! So THAI!!!

Sep 20th, 2002, 12:16 AM
Not only did jake choose a better tribe, but it's pretty obvious he is going to be the leader as well, not like the woman he competed against.

Sep 20th, 2002, 01:07 AM
It was interesting tonight. I think I can get into this for yet another season.

Sep 20th, 2002, 01:18 AM
so who got voted out?

Sep 20th, 2002, 01:22 AM
Wow do I hate that skater guy. What an arrogant piece of shit. He won't last out there.

Funny how the "old" team was beating the other team physically, but then lost it when what's her name couldn't finish the puzzle in time.

Sep 20th, 2002, 01:23 AM
I think it was John? who got voted out. I'm having real troubles with names right now. HAHA.

Sep 20th, 2002, 01:46 AM
thanks evadafan, I guessed it was John, he seems like the most weird from the bio.

Sep 20th, 2002, 01:50 AM
I feel good, this will be the third "reality show" I've watched (Survivor1 & BB3, I don't count an episode and a half of Survivor 2). BUT, it will be the first I've seen since the beginning. I think Jake's team may have a lead of one right now, but they better get their shit together or they will start getting weak and be picked off. If I was starting up on that, I would demand that everyone talk and plan for about an hour before doing anything. They tried to make too big and fancy a shelter.

Sep 20th, 2002, 02:11 AM
"Look at my hands dude, that's my point dude"

Hopefully that poser goes soon. I didn't like him when they kept showing him during the commercials and I sure as hell don't like him after seeing what a punk he is, dude.

Sep 20th, 2002, 02:20 AM
I agree I hate the skater guy too.

I'm glad John got kicked off, he seemed really arrogant.

Sep 20th, 2002, 03:00 AM
Yeah, John was the pretty obvious pick for that group. They all hated him.

Just as I think skater guy is going when his tribe votes, what an idiot. Just because everyone wasn't chopping it was some big deal. Everyone can't do the same thing buddy.

Sep 20th, 2002, 03:07 AM
eep, sorry josh ... wasnt able to post an update yet ...

But dude, you don't understand, dude. He was chopping for days dude. Dude, just look at his hands, dude. That's his point dude. And then when it rained it showed why they needed shelter, dude. I mean, dude.

And was it me or did John look like Robert Patrick of Terminator fame?

okay, minus john ... ;)

Thanks Jacob :)

WOW.......I'm so excited. I like the Cheu Gun (or whatever it's called) tribe that lost. They are my fave.....but damn Ghandia for sucking on the puzzle. It was funny because I wanted John to be gone and he got voted off, lol.

I didn't think the other members would vote him off, instead of going for the obvious Ghandia. By the way....she has cried twice already. That's enough....anymore and in my opinion, she's too weak to make it out there.

I can't stand the other tribe mainly cause of the skating "dude" also. He totally tore into the oriental girl, and I really like her a lot. I still haven't chosen a "favorite" yet as I had in

Survivor I: Susan (all time fave)
Survivor II: Jeff (he got voted off early)
Survivor III: Brandon (he SO could have won)
Survivor IV: OMG I can't remember her name, but she finished 3rd or 4th ;)

Lee-Waters' Boy
Sep 20th, 2002, 02:53 PM
i hope you mean KATHY!

Sep 20th, 2002, 02:53 PM
OMG Joshua

Susan is my all time fav as well, she is so cool coz she is such a cunning person and possibly play the game the best out of all the 4 season. I like kathy as well in S4 she so deserve to win
I think for S2 Colby is the best
S3 I didn't pay any attention LOL

Sep 20th, 2002, 03:21 PM
I'm so glad Ghandia survived. She seems like a
lovely person. Let's face it- you don't do challenges
the entire day on the island. The majority of the
day is spent doing things to stay sane. John the
Pastor had to GO!! He was rather an annoying
with his "holier than thou" attitude. Cannot believe
he wanted to toss out Ghandia when he barely
even knows what her skills really are. Thank god
he got booted off. I like this older tribe.

What was up with Rob and Shii Ann? Rob is an
absolute nimrod. "...this tribe is cool..we ALMOST
have all the hot chicks" Sorry, Dude but this
isn't some Wild Wahine bikini contest. ( Duuuh.)

Laughed my head off when Shii Ann said "don't
mess with the She devil" or something like that.
She seems rational, smart- and thank god she's
not going to take Robs bullsh*t. Yes!! Go Girl!!

So the younger tribe along with dimwit Rob ,who's
reminding me alot of Tommy Lee of Motley Crue/
Pamela Anderson fame, also seems to have a
bimbo. She couldn't believe she got picked last
because she's considered real a hottie. ROTF.
I hate her for now on those shallow comments.
We shall see if my hate ,and America's hate toward
her will deepen. :)

Sep 20th, 2002, 03:32 PM
I am rooting for shi Ann because she is asian and she seems like she is playing the game like susan in S1: won't take any shit form anyone LOL

VSFan1 aka Joshua L.
Sep 20th, 2002, 03:49 PM
YES! KATHY! How could I forget her? She's my #2 all-time fave.....I really loved her. And for the first time, I loved someone who was evil ;)

I'm favoring Ghandia a lot right now and Shi Ann as well.....but I'm still learning the people ;)

Sep 20th, 2002, 03:52 PM
Shi Ann rocks.. haha..
She was so cool when she said " Dun mess with the she-devil!"
I'll hope she showed that to the poser...

Sep 20th, 2002, 05:06 PM
It's too early for me to pick a fave, dude, but I, like, totally do not, like, dude, like the skater dude, dude.

I'll just have to wait to see everyone a bit more.

Shii Ann, at this point, doesn't seem so strong. Even though she came back with a cute threat, she still ended up crying. That, to me, is weak. And she went back running to the tribe elder for support. Again, weak. But, it's still early, and she may show the "she-devil" after all. She didn't deserve the treatment from that jerk of a skater dude.

Sep 20th, 2002, 05:36 PM
I'm so happy!!!

All time fav: S1: Susan, S2: Tina, S3: Theresa, S4: Kathy(all-time fav)

Sep 20th, 2002, 07:40 PM
omg, i am the biggest survivor fan in the world!

my pics: Shii Ann, Jake, and that NYC Police Officer.

Sep 20th, 2002, 07:41 PM
My all time favorite was Kelly from S1....I cheered so loudly for her!...I couldn't stand Susan:0

VSFan1 aka Joshua L.
Sep 20th, 2002, 07:44 PM

I hate Kelly bitch! She is still so bitter after all these years....you can just tell.

Everyone else is happy now from Survivor I and have moved on, but Kelly has a "YOU MUST DIE SUSAN BECUASE I LOST" attitude.

Let me see your hands, dude. That is the point, dude.

No one has really jumped out at me yet but here are some generic thoughts on some of this cast.

Brian - a former soft core porn actor who now sells used cars. Couple that with his cheesy comments at the tribal council and you have someone who I won't be rooting for.

Clay - Ok, who invited Rick Moranis?

Shii Ann - I don't consider what she did to be weak. I thought that the skater dude might get violent over it. We'll see what develops

Jed - Seemed ok to me strictly because he seems like he will end up butting heads with Robb and that is a good thing. But his fawning about being picked to the young team was sad.

Ken - NYC Police officer is good and all but I hope he doesn't take sides with Robb. That wouldn't be a swift move.

Ted - A huge guy who seems pretty cool. I don't know much about him but he seems determined and hopefully can help the old team win a few immunities. The more chances to vote out Robb the better.

As for the comments about Susan playing the game the best, um did she win? No. And all she did was ride Rich's coattails. He was the manipulator.

Since no one cares here are my faves from all four seasons.

I: Gervase
II: Elisabeth
III: Ethan
IV: Neleh

So far, I'm one for four. Who will it be this time around?

VSFan1 aka Joshua L.
Sep 20th, 2002, 11:11 PM
PFFF.......out of your top 4 faves Elisabeth is the only one I can remotely like........Gervase was an asshole........Ethan was SO boring.......and Neleh was a Kelly Survivor I wannabe ;)

And I don't care if Susan won or not, she is still my fave.....but Richard totally deserved to win SI. :D

Sep 21st, 2002, 12:00 AM
Kelly and Susan were both nothings, neither could be trusted. Sue was stupid enough to plan to stab someone in the back, change her mind about it, then tell him. Richard would have been an idiot to trust her after that. He hitched his horse to Rudy, and the rest is history. Speaking of, other than Sue's hell and damnation speech, was there anything more hardcore on the Survivor 1 Finale than Rudy's "I made an alliance to the end and I'm fulfilling my obligation"?

Sep 21st, 2002, 12:11 AM
All time favorite is Elisabeth from survivor 2 by a long shot. She was PERFECT!!!!!!!!!

She got voted out in the final 4 beacuse she would've won in the final 2, hands down.

Sep 21st, 2002, 12:37 AM
I already know who i'm going for...Officer Hottie

Sep 21st, 2002, 01:23 AM
We know what happens in the end, right?
Officer Ken seems to obvious a winner, I
doubt the others would let him get too far.

I think the porn star/used car salesmen
or Helen the Navy swimming instructor will go far
in the show. From reading Tanya's bio; I think
she might be able to stick around longer than
Clay the restaurant owner. He seems to talk a
hella lot. Tanya is a social worker- so she should
be use to being with problem people. She's
a good listener; there's also something about
being colledge track and field- so she's not really
as weak as all that barfing made her seem.

As for the other team- Robb is such an idiot that
he might be around quite a while. You want to
keep an moron around just so you can use him
as a scapegoat to prevent voting against yourself,
right? Everyone seems to think the naked girl
Stephanie has a good chance. She likes to go
skinny dipping so what? She's a firefighter- but
in the end I don't think she'll everyone in her
palm to keep her around. She's more of a threat
being so liked-actually. Erin the Bimbo- she
might be around longer because she doesn't
seem to un-likeable or perfect. We have to
see how she bonds with the other girls like
Shii Ann to see where this is going to. As much
as I like Shii Ann- I have a feeling that they'll
use her and turn against her. She seems to
be a bit too blunt- you can't show others your
real feelings. I also think Brian? the Texas
dental student will go far. He doesn't look that
threatening- and from his bio - I don't think
the monsoon or lack of good snacks will bug
him as much as the others.

Sep 21st, 2002, 01:32 AM
Does anyone know when the Amazing Race 3 starts?

I agree that Officer Ken (Doll) seems so obvious that others will find him threatening after some point. He might stick around for a while, though, if his tribe needs his brawn.

Sep 21st, 2002, 01:41 AM
Yes I do! :)

Oct 3- We in S'pore will be getting it on
AXN ASIA channel 19, and on MediaCorp
channel 5.

I don't like reality shows; but I have to
say that SURVIVOR and the AMAZING RACE
are a cut above. I'm hooked on these two
shows. It's more than just the physical aspects.
If it was just about the racing then we would all
be watching adventure racing shows like
the Eco-challenge etc... It's all about human
dynamics- this is what fascinates me most. I
kind of feel for all of these people because they're
not actors playing a part in tv show, and being
mocked, hated, and jeered isn't considered
Emmey award material fodder. It's YOU the
person that everyone hates or likes. Heee.

Anyway- it reminds me so much of the typical
work environment that it always makes me laugh.
You work in the office with these total strangers,
and you bond with a couple, stay away from
someone, ignore others,respect a few,and
fight with one arsehole everyday. :)
everyday. :)

Sep 21st, 2002, 01:51 AM
Hey Greenout

Sounds like my office too. You are right about human dynamics that keeps me hooked on Amazing Race and Survivor. Seeing how these people relate to each other is quite a voyeuristic experience. I have a male colleague who is totally hooked on Temptation Island coz of the assets on display. :) I was so glad John got voted out. I can tell it was a big surprise to him coz he never contemplated being voted out so early.

Sep 21st, 2002, 06:03 AM

Season 1: Colleen
Season 2: Elizabeth
Season 3: didnt really watch it, only like 5 episodes
Season 4: only watched one episode. Yuck!

Haha... so glad John got voted off... what an ass, what made him think he had the right to boss people around and make them swim a mile to the water while he sat in a boat and played jokes on them...

Poor Ghandia... too much pressure during the challenge, but enough with the crying already.

And that skater boi, what a jerk. I love Shii Ann, she is so totally cool. I hope she tells him off like she is, he deserves it.

"Don't talk to me!"
- Shii Ann shouts as she walks away from sk8er boi... :p

I love the red tribe much better, they seem so much smarter and more mature, and now that bossy John has got his booty kicked, I love that tribe even more... :)

King Aaron
Sep 21st, 2002, 08:19 AM
lol @ WR's sk8er boi from Avril's song. But in the song he's anything but Robb ;)

Sep 21st, 2002, 09:16 AM
I don't think Robb will go far. He might voted off the next epsiode. He is really an idoit.

I really like Brian, the porn star, I think he will get through final 9!! He is hot!!

Jed is hot, his ab is fabolous! Hope he will be in the show for a long time...yum yum!!

Ken reminds me Mark Philippousis. lol

Who do you guys think is a real bitch?

Sep 21st, 2002, 09:19 AM
How did you guys find out that Brian used to be a porn star?

Sep 21st, 2002, 09:29 AM
Yup.. Robb is just too arrogant... hope he gets booted off soon.

I think Brian looks a little like Patrick Rafter...

I support Jan's team too! Chuay Gahn? I wonder why they didn't send someone else, like Helen, for the puzzle... Ghandia really let them down...
Helen & Tanya look like the type who will make it to the final 8...

and I miss Elizabeth from Survivor 2 too! and Kathy ! not to forget Gina who got kicked out pretty early.

Sep 21st, 2002, 09:31 AM

The current TV Guide has an article about Sue going to Thailand for some of the filming of this Survivor. Here's the part where she had me laughing out loud.

TV Guide: Did anyone else make an impression?

Jake, the old guy...he's so hot. He looks like Sean Connery. And the guy [Robb Zbacnik] that was named Arizona's hottest guy [by Cosmopolitan]. Oh, my God! What a loser!

TV Guide: Any words of advice for the new cast?
I just hope they get rid of the guy from Arizona, because the only word he knows how to say is dude! He's the one who brought the skateboard. What a bonehead!

Sue, I have never agreed with you more.

September 19,2001

SURVIVOR: THAILAND has arrived, and after a tension-filled Tribal Council on night 3, John Raymond, the 40-year-old pastor from Slidell, Louisiana, was voted out of the Tribe, six votes to two. John was caught off guard by the vote and became the first person voted out of SURVIVOR: THAILAND. As his torch was extinguished, John gave his final words, "Well, I get the distinguished honor of being the first one voted out of [SURVIVOR: THAILAND]; this is quite a surprise for me. I didn't think there were any alliances on the team, but I guess there was, and I just wasn't a part of it."

SURVIVOR's premise is simple: separated into two competing tribes, the Survivors must learn to live off the land and, more importantly, to adapt to each other. Every three days one tribe will be sent to Tribal Council, where they will vote one of their own off the island, until only one remains to claim both the million-dollar prize and the title of SOLE SURVIVOR.

Separated by gender, the two groups of castaways were brought to a small island off the coast of southern Thailand in the Andaman Sea, thinking they were to remain as separate tribes of men and women. Host Jeff Probst was there to greet them.

After the Survivors introduced themselves to one another, Jeff warned them not to assume anything in the game of SURVIVOR, and threw a curve ball at the bewildered castaways. He added, "In Thailand, the elders are given the utmost respect; they are revered." Jeff then asked the two eldest Survivors, Jan Gentry, the 53-year-old teacher from Tampa, Florida and Jake Bilingsley, the 61-year-old land broker from McKinney, Texas, to step forward. Jeff told the shocked pair that they were now responsible for picking their own tribes. Along with this awesome task, the two had to decide upon tribal locations and names.

Jake picked the tribal name Sook Jai (Happy Heart) and Jan chose Chuay Gahn (To help one another). Alternating their tribemember choices, the two elders felt the pressure of creating a new society, as a teary-eyed Jan explained, "I was scared, and I'm not really a leader, and I was put in the spot light, which kind of frightened me."

Jake confidently filled his tribe with younger, more athletic castaways, while Jan's choices tended to be the more elder members in the group. The final picks came down to Clay Jordan, the 46-year-old restaurateur from Monroe, Louisiana, and Erin Collins, the 26-year-old real estate agent from Austin, Texas. Humbled by being the last person picked, Erin stated, "I am not used to being picked last at anything, I probably needed that experience."

For the first time, the two competing tribes had been created by the Survivors themselves, as Chuay Gahn and Sook Jai pushed off from the small island and began their long paddle toward the main island of Koh Tarutao, which would serve as their new home for the next 39 days.

As Sook Jai paddled to shore, chaos was the victor as a frustrated Shii Ann Huang, the 28-year-old executive recruiter from New York City, stated, " In a perfect world we would have arrived, hugged, immediately drawn up the plans, and start to dispatch people to do whatever. Instead, we all went wild." As the younger Sook Jai tribe members searched for mangoes and excitedly swung on vines, Jake Bilingsley, the 61-year-old land broker from McKinney, Texas, calmly described the situation: "I have a crew that is totally enthusiastic and is ready to goÖbut they know nothing."

"We've got a natural cave and everything," exclaimed Ted Rogers, the 37-year-old software developer from Durham, North Carolina, after arriving at Chuay Gahn's beach. He was quick to realize the advantage of having a natural shelter to protect them from the angry monsoon season. Not having to build shelter, the tribe began to prioritize their needs and went out in search of food. While wading in the low tide, Ghandia Johnson, the 33-year-old legal secretary from Denver, Colorado, sarcastically explained, "We got all kinds of food, y'all. There is so much shellfish, there are shellfish stuck on top of shellfish!" As night fell, the Chuay Gahn tribe returned to their beach with buckets of crab and oysters.

Day 2 began as Tanya Vance, the 27-year-old social worker from Kingsport, Tennessee, found herself sick, vomiting from what the tribe believed to be dehydration. Realizing that water is essential for survival, the Chuay Gahn tribe set out to find their water source. Confused by its remote location, as well as a rising tide, the tribe split up as Helen Glover, the 47-year-old navy swim instructor from Middleton, Rhode Island, John Raymond and Tanya Vance paddled their canoe around the bend in hopes of finding fresh water.

After finding their water source, John designed a plan to trick the others into thinking that a brackish pool of salt water was actually the real water source. John's prank was quickly ended by his revelation that they had indeed found the true water source, much to everyone's relief. Already tired from having to swim one mile due to the rising tides, Ghandia wasn't amused, "It wasn't really a time to joke about that," she noted.

Day 2 displayed both the advantages and disadvantages of the two different beaches as the Sook Jai tribe found their water source almost immediately, right next to their camp. However, without a cave on their beach, they quickly realized the need for a proper shelter to protect themselves from the persistent monsoon rains.

Not everyone agreed, however, as Jed Hildebrand, the 25-year-old dental student from Dallas, Texas, explained, "My tribe's priorities right now are out of whack. Everyone wants shelter. I'll mention food and people will say, 'I want a floor.' We have to split work up." Defiantly, Jed went on his own in hopes of catching fish, which concerned his tribemate Robb Zbacnik, the 23-year-old bartender from Scottsdale, Arizona: "Jed likes to do anything he wants, and we really need his strength, especially when it comes to building shelter."

Robb continued to display his frustrations as he and Shii Ann Huang, the 28-year-old executive recruiter from New York City, argued over the tribe's division of labor. "He is messing with the wrong girl. You do not mess with the 'Shii-Devil' and not get the horns," Shii Ann warned.

After receiving Tree Mail, both tribes met host Jeff Probst at the first Immunity Challenge, Flying your Flag, where he explained the rules. The Survivors had to race around a small island by paddling a boat. Along the way they would have to visit several stations, where they would have to complete certain tasks or puzzles in order to receive a tribal flag. However, only one person from each tribe would be allowed to compete at each station. First tribe to have successfully completed each puzzle, gather their flags and race back to the floating dock, would win.

As the race began, the two tribes paddled toward the first station, where Chuay Gahn took an early lead. Heading to the next station, Brian Heidik, the 34-year-old used car salesman from Quartz Hill, California, dove deep under water to release his tribe's flag, giving Chuay Gahn an even greater lead. Panic-stricken by her team's rapidly diminishing lead, Ghandia Johnson of Chuay Gahn struggled to complete a complicated Thai Puzzle. Sook Jai finally arrived and Jed Hildebrand calmly completed the puzzle as Sook Jai came from behind and won Immunity, sending Chuay Gahn to Tribal Council, where they would have to vote one of their own out of the tribe.

Back at camp, Chuay Gahn consoled a crying Ghandia Johnson, who couldn't help but feel vulnerable in the upcoming vote at Tribal Council: "I am a legal secretary; I work with facts. The fact is that we had a big lead, and I took too long with that puzzle. So now I am feeling like it is time for a sister to go."

Feeling at risk of being voted out as well, Tanya Vance, the 27-year-old social worker from Kingsport Tennessee, added, "I have been sick and I can't control what my body does, but I am still going to try to stay here."

In the end, it was John Raymond who received six out of the eight votes at Tribal Council and became the first person voted out of SURVIVOR THAILAND.

LOL, you guys are sooo funny :D

First of all, I would like Shi Ann to do well, she's an alumni from my uni :D But yeah, she doesn't seem to have the skill to get far in this game, I'm sure she and Jed will be one of the first voted off of that tribe, unless there are some alliances in the works.

Rob = TOTAL JERK...and really UGLY...how is he the hottest guy in Arizona

Ken, will get booted off early, people will be afraid of him...unless he can do a Colby and get his ass to the end, tho most likely he like all of the clear cut favorites in past seasons go out early.

Right now my favs are Shi Ann, Ken (I'm a sucker for hotties), Brian, and Jed :D

Sep 23rd, 2002, 04:10 PM
the two elders felt the pressure of creating a new society, as a teary-eyed Jan explained, "I was scared, and I'm not really a leader, and I was put in the spot light, which kind of frightened me."

When I first heard her say this on TV I was like "what?" "You're a teacher and you're not a leader?" Granted, she teaches kindergarten, but if teachers aren't leaders, who in the world is?

Anyone else find a problem with that statement?

Robb will go

Oct 1st, 2002, 06:37 PM
Tanya voted off!!!!!!

TANYA...come back!!!

Oct 1st, 2002, 07:16 PM
It is sad to see Tanya goes and also with her tragic news of her family member dies during the show, it is really sad

Oct 1st, 2002, 07:39 PM
Tanya was getting sick all the time, same thing happened to a girl in Survivor 3 or 4, can't remember which. I like the NY Police Officer, Shui Ann, and the black dude. Ghandia and that old lady who picked the team are really annoying, the team would be better without the old biddy, she really slows them down.

Oct 2nd, 2002, 02:37 AM
I hope episode 3 is good. I was a tad disappointed to
see no big battle of words between She-Devil and Robb.
I felt robbed. I like Helen. Ghandia is turning out to
a bit of a ba-tch.

Oh- Please older, wiser team- start winning challenges!!

Oct 2nd, 2002, 12:02 PM
I hope that Suk-Jai team will kick some ass in the next reward/immunity challenges.

I like Brian and do think he will go far in the game!!
GO BRIAN!!

Oct 3rd, 2002, 12:24 AM
Poor poor cute Tanya.

I liked the preview for this week's show where Ted tells Ghandia that he doesn't even find her attractive. Dominance.

Oh yeah, and Robb like chokes a guy out dude and calls him like a whiner. Totally, dude.

Oct 3rd, 2002, 09:56 AM
I really hope that this series will be even beter than S4 and outgun S1

Looks like it is heading this way, lot's of interesting plot, there are actually many people who are bringing thier brains into the game which isn't the case usually in previous shows

Oct 3rd, 2002, 05:28 PM
Who will voted off next?
Which team will win the immunity challenge?

Oct 3rd, 2002, 06:31 PM
I hope Robb go soon .

But I think Shi Ann or Ghandia will

Oct 4th, 2002, 12:12 AM
Maybe Ted should try and keep his wife from watching the show.

Could Robb possibly be more stupid? Nice Sprewell in the reward challenge there.

Oct 4th, 2002, 12:46 AM
I think all Robb fans should squeeze as much happiness as they can out of the next 8 minutes.

Oct 4th, 2002, 12:51 AM
Nope...Jed is going...

Oct 4th, 2002, 12:58 AM
Jed is out
5 votes

Oct 4th, 2002, 01:00 AM
Sorry, Jose, I missed the 2nd episode. For Robb to get no votes suggest to me that the entire tribe is already split into 2 alliances. Robb, Jed, and someone else (surely not Jake?). The other 5 being the alliance that will outlast them.

Erin turns me on. :)

Oct 4th, 2002, 01:04 AM
The sleep outside crew (Robb, Stephanie, Jed) voted to kick out Shii Ann while everyone else voted to kick out Jed. They were stupid not to kick out Robb. What a punk that guy is. It never fails to amaze me. His behavior during the reward challenge was atrocious. Him celebrating like an ape when Ken was knocking people off left and right, him choking Clay, and then him flipping the double bird when his team was self-destructing. Then his comments were even worse. This guy is STEWPID. Oh whoops, I forgot to add dude there, dude.

Oct 4th, 2002, 01:19 AM
I cannot believe they didn't vote off ROB! He is a complete idiot! I'm just glad that Shii Ann was not voted off.

LMAO a disposableHero... Rob pulling a Sprewell!
Rob, dude is an ass dude!

Oct 4th, 2002, 01:20 AM
Robb WILL go soon enough, and dude will we ever party man!;)

Oct 4th, 2002, 10:37 AM
 Shi Ann almost went out luckily there was lazy ass Jed there :D Though, in the first tribal council, there revealed some voting lines.

Robb-Stephanie seem to be an alliance and I think they can eventually pull in Erin (the girl with big boobs?) and maybe Ken...but I hope Ken is too smart for that.

Shi Ann and Jake are most likely in some sort of alliance...hopefully they have Penny on their side as well...if its only a two party alliance...they could be gone quickly.

Shi Ann and I think Rob are most likely the two next to go...Shi Ann better work her ass in motion if she wants to stay on the island.

My favs are now Shi Ann and Penny :D

As for the other tribe, there is a clear stance that the women are voting together, that seems to be the only alliance as Brian and the other guys don't seem to worried...Brian is too honest and such...he won't make it far unless he starts cutting some deals.

It will be interesting to see if they switch up the tribes again...I'm assuming they will...those that would benefit it from the most are the one guy that's getting sexual or whatever...and most likely Shi Ann, Jake, and Penny.

Bottom Line: Rob needs to go next he's whinning about the reward challenge... get him off the island already!!!

Oct 4th, 2002, 12:41 PM
This is so horrible, why three votes for Shi Ann??? This is insane

and for the ercord, it is not Stephanie who vote out ShiAnn, it is Jake!!!!

OMG, what the hell happen there?

Oct 4th, 2002, 01:32 PM
I too can't beleive Shii Ann got some votes, but the 3rd vote came from Stephanie wongqks, not from Jake.

Oct 4th, 2002, 01:35 PM
well is it?

coz the websie say Jake vote for Shi Ann, maybe the website got it wrong

Oct 4th, 2002, 05:31 PM
Hope that didn't come out too badly. in any case, I taped he show last night and during the final credits you see the survivors reveal whom they voted for and Stephanie (bith!) voted for Shii Ann, while Jake voted for Jed.

Both choices were a mistake. Get ride of Robb, that brainless dude.

Oct 4th, 2002, 07:33 PM
okay roots, sorry for the confusion, coz I can't watch it in tv, just follow it through several board and mainly the website

Oct 4th, 2002, 07:34 PM
Poor JED!
They should have voted Robb off. He is absolutely an idiot!!

I kinda hate Ghandia and Ted now. They're both boring.

VSFan1 aka Joshua L.
Oct 4th, 2002, 08:33 PM
Ghandia is a MAJOR trouble maker....

Okay, what the guy did to her was totally wrong, and he apologized to her and said he was sorry and that it wasn't intentional and that they will separate themselvs while sleeping now.

But apparently, that didn't cause enough drama for Ghandia. She had to go and tell Helen and the old woman the story THEN Helen got Brian inolved and made it one big major mess.

Since I'm seeing both sides of the story, I would definitely vote out Ghandia because she causes too much drama. But if I was on the island, I wouldn't see this....so I don't know how I'd feel.

By they way....I don't care for the Sook Jai tribe, but I was glad Jed was voted off and not Shii Ann. I wish they had taken Rob out, though.

It was funny about how the lost the fishing net and it was like RIGHT there and they still couldn't find it.

Oct 4th, 2002, 08:46 PM
Ghandia definitely over react, she is a drama queen, or maybe she is just over sensitive

Oct 5th, 2002, 12:43 AM
Shii Ann better starting making "Friends" asap. I'm sure she's
smart enough to figure out who voted against her
Nimron(robb)/Jed/Stephanie- so She Devil should start
trying to bond like crazy with the rest of the team now!!

I'm glad lazy ass Jed got voted off. Hello Sloth?

Erin? She's a mystery. Looked like a bimbo with those
store bought boobs, yet isn't an airhead nor lazy.
It's interesting that she seems to avoid Robb. Wouldn't
you think she would be Robb's type? She's definetely
smarter than she let's on. Erin already figure out who
looks to be the weaker of the team.

I think Stephanie will be the next to go if they lose another
challenge. I feel that her attitude hasn't really impressed
Jake, Erin and Penny. I think She Devil and the Police Officer
are a secret alliance already. Considering that Stephanie
is a "firefighter"- it makes her even look more lazy and useless.
She's got too much pride for no reason either - remember the
sleeping in the rain thing? Stephanie refused to acknowledge
the shelter!

Ghania is a pain in the ass. She will have to go. I felt bad
for Ted. This is "SURVIVOR" , not freakin - "OPRAH".

Weren't those Thai Red Beret's cool? I loved how they
carved spoons etc..for the tribe. LOL

Oct 5th, 2002, 01:25 AM
If what Shi Ann hinted at, that they threw the immunity challenge to get rid of people, then they are idiots!

Because you are up 8-6? OK, now you are up 7-6, you lose two more immunities in a row and you are down to 5-6, a bad place.

Now, if you win that one and put up with your malcontents for 3 more days, you are up 8-5 and you can MAYBE think about whacking ONE person.

Williams Rulez
Oct 5th, 2002, 03:41 AM
Shi Ann is one smart cookie, but yeah, I don't think it was a smart idea to lose the challenge. I don't understand why that freak of a Rob isn't gone yet, he is such a PEST....

And Ghandia, cut out the drama, it is too much to handle...

Looking at the preview, Helen's tribe is screwed up and fighting or something, this survivor has not been very engaging, there have not been many interesting people with the exception of Shi Ann maybe.

Oct 5th, 2002, 04:18 AM
What the problem with the show so far is that
we haven't really seen any clips of the team
members- it's bad editing I guess.

Does Penny have a personality? Jake?
We know nothing about them yet or did
nobody really talk to each other yet? We know
more about the older team, then the younger
team. The more it goes on, the show that is..
the more that I feel that something really BIG and
UGLY will happen. I can just see it coming.

Why do they keep having Shii Ann doing the
talking? Were the others on her team so
reluctant to say anything about their feelings
toward their group?

What is going on with Stephanie?

Oct 5th, 2002, 04:22 AM
Of course, this is all taped a while ago and edited to show what they want to show. I have a feeling that the people who get more air time now are most likely the ones that are going to be gone early.

Oct 5th, 2002, 04:48 AM
I don't know- remember Richard? He talked alot, and
he won SURVIVOR 1. Look at Kathy- she talked alot, and
she made it to the final 4.

I suspect that they're showing alot of Shii-Ann because
there's going to be a big ugly row with ROBB coming
up or Shii-Ann will totally screw Robb over if they
do a team swap or merge.

Dawn Marie
Oct 5th, 2002, 05:22 AM
I love Survivor but the players that I am most interestedd in lose early. I am all for Shi-Ann to kick ass and take this baby home!! GO Shi-Ann! But only one Asian player and 4 blacks and elzero anything else? It get's kinda boring as I tend to vote for the minority. In other words poor Shi-ann won't last much longer. I do hope she does, and won't be that surprised if she goes far as I think she is a smart cookie.

Ghandia I CANNOT stand her ass!! I want her gone ASAP! She pissed me off on her game playing. I like Ted and he was a man and apologized, and I believe him. I have talked to guys and it is possible to be asleep and yet become sexual. I really believe him, just a feeling. I do not like how she went right behind his back and played her games. Ted said it right, she has some issues that had nothing to do with Ted. Ghandia imho is hurting from her rape.

Rob will be gone, and I dislike Stephanie. I think the girl with fake boobs and Shi-Ann are in an alliance, and maybe with the same folks who voted off Jed. Look for Rob to get the boot soon, imho. I also look for Shi-Ann to work her mind this week.

Again, Somebody puhleese vote out GHANDIA!

Oct 5th, 2002, 05:42 AM
I agree..
Shi Ann is sure the favourite of all cause she got the attitude!!
I like her.. I like the way she talked about Rob!!

I he she won cause the moment she is voted off.. the show will be VERY BORING

Oct 5th, 2002, 09:47 AM
It wasn't Shi Ann that talked about throwing competitions it was Erin.

I think they keep on interviewing Shi Ann cuz she's the only that actually says important stuff lol...I guess everyone else ain't telling it how it is ;)

You can tell when a contestant will go out if they increase their coverage sometimes...for example if next week they do tons of stuff on Penny...who we've heard lilttle from then she might go out.

Plus interviews and how much coverage they get also depends on their strategy. For example Penny said in the trailers that she's going to fly under the radar in the beginning of the game and well she's doing a very good job of it right now :D

King Aaron
Oct 5th, 2002, 11:38 AM
   this is for Tanya

:( this if for Jed, he's a little lazy but he doesn't talk much and that's nice.

but now Robb the idiot is still here!!!

Oct 5th, 2002, 12:00 PM

lol- about Penny flying under the radar. Hell..if
she goes any lower - her plane will hit the dog house.

Jake the Elder doesn't seem to be doing the leadership
thing to well.

Oct 7th, 2002, 09:45 PM
I can't believe this thread is dropped to page four, has to bumped it up.

I think Ghandia should go soon, I have a feeling that robb or Stephanie can made the merge through some bizarre event

Why are you guys rooting for?

I of course root for Shi Ann, coz she is asian and she sounds sensible enough ;)

I also getting to like Helen a lot, she sounds tough and cool.

Brian sounds okay as well, I dun mind him go all the way

Ken seems a genuine nice guy as well, but then will he be a target after the merge becasue he is strong physically?

Oct 8th, 2002, 07:44 AM
Me too cannot beleive we ignore this thread!!!

Anyway, Ken will sure be the main target after the merge. Brian will be the one who form the anti-KEN-alliance. I don't think Ken will win. He is too strong physically.

I am rooting for Brian, the pron star. ;) He did well but not sure about his destiny after the merge. (He looks hot in his porn videos)

I hope Robb, Stef, Helen, Jan will be voted off soon. I don't want to see them after the merge.:o But Robb is sure make the show more interesting (seeing an idiot).

From all seasons, my favourite is still Teresa from Survivor Africa.

Oct 8th, 2002, 08:30 AM
Hey kids, Survivor junkie here. I didn't realize that you had a thread going, or I would've participated long ago. Could've helped you out a bit, as I've been @ Survivor Sucks ez board a long time...we work on spoiling, vidcaps, editing, story arcs, things like that. I won't do any of that here, but I'll I pass on info for those that are interested. If you want the addy of the ez board, pm me.

My gut tells me that the Sook Jai tribe, while looking so much stronger in the beginning, is gonna self destruct, at least in part. Episode 2 was the Great Divide...and we saw it.
We've dubbed them Hut Sleepers and Sand People. Right now, it's looking like a 5-2 split, now that Jed's off to Loser Lodge.

Steph and Jed were definitely paired, with Robb (Gag me) tagging along. I think Steph may wise up next Ep because we haven't really been shown that much of her other than her sleeping in the rain. I can't imagine her clinging to Robb as her only ally. I think this girl has potential, if she lasts, she started out so well...skinny dipping and all. She was a preshow fave, so I've not completely given up hope that her story's got a way to go.

We refer to the other 5 as Jake's Angels (ala Charlie) with Ken the Cop as Bosley. These 5 all voted as a block (CBS website had it wrong, Jake voted for Jed) so it does look to be an alliance in the Hut at this point.

Here's my take on the Sookies:
Shii Ann: She's my fave. This girl's got the brains, and she's full of one-liners that make me ROTF.! ( Loved the Ally McBeal line.) I think she's definitely in the thick of the alliance, (comment about how she or Jake could have done the puzzle!) and Erin is in on it as well. I think if anyone's on the fringe in the group it's Ken the Cop. (Am I the only one here that noticed that this guy does nothing but sneer and badmouth people? I don't see why people like him, just cuz he's NYPD?) Erin and Penny are pretty UTR (under the radar) at this point, so it's hard to get a read on them yet. But I've got a feeling that Erin is NOT Sarah II, despite the *obvious* comparisons.

As for Chuay Ghan (the Chewies) I like Jan. (Has anyone mentioned that she used to be Martina Navratilova's personal secretary?) I know she hasn't shown too much yet, but this is a woman who does triathalons, so she's not so much of a granny as they're making her out to me. I'm rooting for her.

Helen and Brian are both players, I think. Brian is so cool that ice wouldn't melt in his mouth. I expect him to get pretty far. Helen is a bit more obvious, did y'all see how much pleasure she took in goading Ghandia on?! Not sure how I feel about her yet, sort of like an early Kathy, who took warming up to...so.

I liked Ted, it's a bit tainted now with his "middle of the night fog" but I think he handled it pretty well, all things considered. So I'm just gonna watch how this plays out. His poor wife tho, hope he prepared her really well before this was aired. :o

Ghandia, who I liked in the beginning, is turning to be a real drama queen. I mean, who, after all, laid their hand on whose thigh?? I agree with Dawn, she accepted Ted's apology then went on a rampage. Who's being disingenuous here? I'm ready to wave buh-bye. She's had a ton of face time, so I think she could be leaving fairly soon.

Which leaves Clay. Seems like a lot of people like this guy on the other board, which I just can't wrap my brain around. He comes off as having a Napoleon complex to me. Always trying too hard cuz he's a runt. And his little story about "whupping" a 2-year old did little to help his cause in my eyes.

Sorry if this was too long-winded, like I said, a junkie. ;)

I think either Robb or Ghandia get booted next. They're the obvious choices. But, Ted and Steph are also vulnerable. If it's not one of those four, I'd be extremely surprised.

CYA later.

Oct 8th, 2002, 08:45 AM
For some reason, I haven't gotten into this one as much.

Survivor goes into one really good, and the next falls, IMO.

The first was good, the Aussie was good. Then the third was TERRIBLE. I hated everyone. Last season's was good. I miss Kathy

This year, it doesn't seem as good. I think it's the beach. It's been done to death. Find a new location:rolleyes:

Oct 8th, 2002, 11:38 AM
OMG earthcrystal, you are in survivorsucks?

I read it all the time, so is survivorblows, which I think has a lot of spoilers and stuff as well. The good thing about those are that you know a lot more about the show, and alsoeven if they spoil, you still want to watch it, coz you want to know if it is true. Sometimes they predict it wrong which actually make it more interesting LOL

King Aaron
Oct 9th, 2002, 09:33 AM
Ghandia, IMO, is going to far. Ted has apologized. Just forget it. I'm sure Ted didn't mean it

Oct 9th, 2002, 09:50 AM
What the f*** is Ghandia thinking?

Gosh....did she think she is Anna Kournikova? She is not attractive at all!!!

Oct 9th, 2002, 10:51 AM
Me too. Earthcrystal- I have SuvivorS*cks on my bookmarks.

OH My GOD!! Jan used to be Original Martina's
personal secretary? lol. Aha!! Finally a
SUVIVOR= TENNIS connection.

Oct 9th, 2002, 01:29 PM
 @ Ghandia's hissy fit on the beach last week:

This is what she said (about Ted) as she picked up rocks on the shore and threw them into the water:

"bastard" (throws rock into the water)
"piece of shi.t" (throws another rock)
"pig" (throws another rock)
"liar" (throws another rock)
"cheat" (throws another)
"butt crack showing every damn day" :o (throws another rock)

She needs to be booted pronto! I thought she accepted Ted's first apology?

King Aaron
Oct 10th, 2002, 11:39 AM
me too?!!! I guess she's a little nutcase and when she confessed she was raped once...

Oct 10th, 2002, 06:28 PM
I wonder who will be voted off tonight!!

Hope Brian still alive!!

Oct 11th, 2002, 01:01 AM
Mad props to Ghandia for for accepting her own role in her demise and telling it straight up.

Oct 11th, 2002, 01:04 AM
yeah I am happy that Ghandia admit she is playing the game

Oct 11th, 2002, 01:46 AM
Ghandia is gone, but I like how at the tribal council she came out and said that not everyone was pulling their weight. I want Clay out next, because I think he is ignorant, and he needs to grow up with his "Diva" thing at tribal council. Drama queen, yes, but diva? Not so sure...

Oct 11th, 2002, 01:50 AM
I don't think Clay is going anywhere for a while, I think Helen is throwing her lot in with the men, which was probably the smartest move. Ghandia and Jan would have been weak allies for her. Now Jan will be the next target, and the men are going to need her when the tribes merge. I have a funny feeling though that players are going to be allowed to switch tribes. That could throw a wrench in it all.

Oct 11th, 2002, 01:55 AM
And is someone going to be eaten by something??? The preview was so damn cool but scary! I hope theres a switch...

I'm so rooting for Helen!!! Go Helen!!

Oct 11th, 2002, 02:28 AM

Anyway, glad Ghandia is gone. Ted and Clay are idiots too, I think Brian and the two women might actually vote Clay out, but I doubt it will come to that. It looks like there is a switch coming up and if not they will probably win immunity without Ghandia dragging them down.

Oct 11th, 2002, 02:30 AM
Oh and I doubt skater boy got hurt, he probably stepped on a sea urchin or something and the preview was trying to make a big deal out of it...

Oct 11th, 2002, 02:44 AM
It could actually all be bad for Helen. Assuming there is no switch and the oldies lose again, the men (who seem obviously allied) can afford to kick off Helen...who is more of a threat to them to win physical challenges than Jan is.

I think Sook Jai are more likely to kick off Stephanie. She might threaten to join the other tribe when there's a merge. They're more in control over Robb.

Oct 11th, 2002, 02:54 AM
I wouldn't think they are too considered about losing individual challenges to her just yet, I think they need allies if the tribes merge, and she is a better ally.

Oct 11th, 2002, 08:12 AM
yup smart move by Helen...
either Ted or Ghandia had to go in order to ease the tension...
and the guys in Chuay Gahn are a little too much... letting the ladies do most of the work

Oct 11th, 2002, 10:18 AM
Well most importantly next week it looks like the tribes are going to be mixed up...from what I think it is either you have a choice to go onto the other team or something like that or the tribe votes to put someone on the other team? That would be cool if it was the last one...Robb would get his ass kicked on that other team.

Go Shi Ann totally working the puzzles today :D Did anyone notice that her and Robb shared a big hug afterwards? Have they patched it up.

Helen made the right choice...but she has no alliance with the men...sure she did them a favor but they really don't owe her anything. Jan will go out next if tribes stay the same which they probably won't.

I love Penny :D She sure is working the under the radar thing :D At Sook Jai it looks like Jake-Shi Ann are working everyone while Penny, Ken, and Erin are outer fringe members...aren't they always working in fives? Stephanie commented on how it doesn't take 5 people to build a fire. Jake and Shi Ann really need to pull in a third person...

Stephanie...what the heck is she thinking being so segregated from everyone else...she must have been getting some honey with Jed and that's why she's all bummed ;)

well, as expected ... the tribes would mix next week :D

i am totally set on my opinion that all the men from chuay gahn are total assholes. but that still might work to their advantage. it looks to me like that this particular surivivor has a nasty macho feel to it. as opposed to survivor marquesas which its more of hte women who dominated.

helen might go far in this game though ...

Oct 11th, 2002, 03:10 PM
Ghandia is g(h)one. She really is disruptive
to the tribe It's all about her, her problems,
her opinions.

I like Helen. I think she'll be around. She's smart,
and seems to be a very good listener which is
important in gaining someone else's trust.

Way to go Shii Ann. It was great seeing her
do the puzzle; finally showing her true smart

Stephanie is really bugging me. Her negativity
is tiresome. I can't believe she still refuses to
sleep with the rest of the tribe in the shelter.
Dumb, and arrogant too.

Whoo hoo go Shi-ann kick that ass!!

Stephanie is going down, if they alliance with the ladies or however they are gonna do it, then she has a chance of remaining. Right now I think Shi-ann and a few people are in alliance. I agree with Earthcrystals's assesment. I think Erin is no fool, and is very smart and she is no SARAH at all. In fact I am banking on her to go far in this game. Stephanie though will not unless the tibes merge. I hear it's gonna be the girls vrs the guys!! Interesting:)

Oct 11th, 2002, 06:58 PM
I think Helen is playing a well game. She is trying to adjust herself and try be hang in there as long as possible. She was about to voted off in the early episode just because she tried to be the group's leader.

Hope MY BRIAN will go far. Hope he will keep his cool!!

I think Jeff might ask for 2 people from Suk Jai to switch to Chuay Gun. Quite interesting !!!

Oct 18th, 2002, 01:07 AM
Ok new episode folks.

I can't Steffi- she had got to go. :)
I post after show comments later. I'll check it out
on Singapore's 2nd delayed telecast later on tonight.
11pm SouthEast Asia time.

Oct 18th, 2002, 01:14 AM
Glad Jan didn't have to be voted out.

Can't wait to see Rob and Ken go at it next week! Hope Ken kicks his idiot ass!

Oct 18th, 2002, 01:18 AM
Okay, as you all know, I read the spoiler website, and I was so upset when they pointed all their evidence to a Shi Ann boot, ain't I glad it didn't happen, but Shi will be in trouble if SJ lose immunity again

Oct 18th, 2002, 01:36 AM
I think they just needed to try and show that Shi Ann might be the one voted off. Jake likes her and Jake has pull, so she stays for now. Looks like Robb is going to ruffle Ken next week. What a chode Robb is.

I hope that Brian doesn't screw over Ted. Ted is the man.

Dawn Marie
Oct 18th, 2002, 05:19 AM
They tricked me. they had me believing that Erin wanted Shi-Ann gone, but she instead voted for Stephanie!!

I really want Shi-ann to win but her words tonight rang so loud and clear. It goes right back to what I stated earlier in this thread. I just don't see her making it as she is in the minority. I hope she hangs tough for the merge, she's a hard worker. I got a feeling Rob's ass ain't going nowhere cause they want us to believe that he will get kicked off but I think he won't.

GO SHI-ANN work it!

Oct 18th, 2002, 05:26 AM
So what was the 'high drama' they were advertising about for this episode, who got hurt and how?
This Survivor really sucks in my opinion, I only started watching Survivor halfway through the African one, and got hooked on it, and loved Marquesas, but this one isn't nearly as good IMO (maybe because they voted off the best-looking girl so early :P) haha

Oct 18th, 2002, 08:11 AM
so glad Jan's still hanging in ! she looked so happy when they won the challenge !

Oct 18th, 2002, 03:48 PM
I'm actually kind of sad to see Steffi go.
And I was just starting to like her bit*hy, anti
loving, touching, squeezing,anti-social, cranky
ways. I bet if you got to know her..she's really
a nice person.

Robb? What a redneck!! He's from Arizona.
They don't celebrate Martin Luthur King's birthday
as a State holiday. Enuff said.

Shii Ann- She is irksome; but the sort of crap that
Erin, and Robb spewed about the chicken organs
were ignorant. STUPID. Sorry, but ....err...AMERICANS's are
the only people who shun animal organs as food.
I don't care if Shii Ann even eats the veins of the
Chicken- I know people who love that. She wasn't
doing anything bad or strange!!!! I also
detected the ugly "R" word in Robb's speech during
voting when he said..."I don't know what it is about
you, nothing personal". ( Sorry Robb, but when you
hate someone because you think they're "weird",
"gross", "dirty", "disgusting" "different"- it's called
labelling )

It's really getting to look like the Eastern/Northerners
versus the Southerners after all.

Jan- She is wacko or what? lol.

Ted/Brian- losing the boat was pathetic.

Clay- He is starting to annoy the heck out of me.

Helen- I like her alot. She reminds me alot of a neurotic
co-worker that you wished would stay off the Java. :)

Oct 18th, 2002, 08:29 PM
LMAO! What a fuckin dick robb is. OMG! I guess he's not exposed to lots of other cultures. I guess he just likes to stay a narrow-minded redneck. I WANT HIM OUT!

Oct 18th, 2002, 10:43 PM
I think Robb has been exposed to many cultures living in Arizona, (and probably spending a lot of time in Southern CA), I think he's just plain STUPID. I think you insult rednecks by calling him a redneck. He's just a very very very stupid person that knows nothing besides hanging out with his skate boarding buddies.

And I think they don't celebrate MLKJr Day because there are very very very few African Americans in AZ.

Oct 19th, 2002, 12:14 AM
now im really pulling for shii ann ... robb and co made really disgusting and incredibly stupid comments, not just about shii ann but about that minority. being asian-american is a different kind of tough than being african-american or being gay or something IMO, though the gravity is not that different.

but it looks like shii ann is safe right now because alot of the tribemembers are pulling for her.

My annoyance with Ted and Clay is really turning it up. Clay said he cant think of a reason why Jan would vote for her. I can think of plenty of reasons. I hope that their trio would just breakup.
I just really like Jan right now. and Helen is quite crafty.

the next survivor would be in th Philippines! in Siquior! YES! :D

Martian KC
Oct 19th, 2002, 01:05 AM
Where have you heard, Jacs??!?! That's pretty exciting, is it near your area?;)

Helen is really stupid to think she is an alliance with the guys. She was wrong to vote Ghandia out, because the guys have an upperhand now.

Oct 19th, 2002, 04:49 AM
Well Helen knows Jan would be first, and she may be just holding out for the merge...

Of course, I don't think we should discount the possibility there is a little alliance between Helen and Brian, they are obviously the two smartest in that tribe. I do hope Jan sticks around for a while, I can't stand Clay or Ted, what wankers.

On an unrelated note, in the past didn't they show hometowns each time a person talked, not just job description? I liked that because I can't remember where any of them are from...

Oct 19th, 2002, 06:35 AM
This was probably the funniest episode EVER lol...first of all Ted losing the boat lol what an idiot...when I saw him tie the boat down I was like...shouldn't you tie the boat to a tree and not some rock?

And then the big baby Rob was crying like an infant when he got hurt...and yet he seemed to walk around after it just fine.

Shi Ann may not be in as much trouble (being kicked out) than we think. Okay right now those that could only possible vote against her are Rob, Erin...currently that's not enough since there are 6 players still left. The problem with this tribe is that there seems to be no alliances there or at least ones that we can see. If Sook Jai goes to tribal council next week Rob could easily be the next one out...I'm sure Ken, Shi Ann would vote for Rob. That leaves Jake and Penny left...I'm sure Jake would vote for Rob as well as Penny.

Shi Ann's problem now is that she has so many votes against her in case it comes to a tiebreak via past tribal council votes. Shi Ann is not complely out of the running, she's definitely vulnerable but with Ronb's outbreak next week he just made a stupid mistake in getting his name on those votes.

Shi Ann needs to get past this coming week, presumably the tirbes will merge the week after since there will be 10 left. That's where she needs to get...from there she can get herself out of danger.

I wonder if that was the end of switching up tribes...kinda of dissapointing...

Oct 19th, 2002, 06:44 AM

They celebrate Martin Luthur King's birthday in Hawaii.
There aren't alot of black Americans there; but they
are liberal. It has nothing to do with having a huge
population of Black Americans. It's all about equal
rights, the great wisdom, and work of Mr. King. He
opened up alot of doors for everyone.

About Southern California. There's tons of Rednecks
there too. Hunnighton Beach, Hermosa, Malibu, Santa
Cruz, Costa Mesa- it's all rather "White". Sorry, but
the Surf City dream is a "white" one.

This is about the most ignorant remark I've read in an extremely long time. Since you're the source of such insightful explanantions, then please shed light on why President's Day is celebrated in all black neighborhoods. There are very few president's living in all black neighborhood's to my knowledge.

You don't have to be black to appreciate what MLK did for all Americans (and the world);)

That evadafan comment made me lose my concentration. But back to my Survivor comment.

I really can't stand Robb aka the Dude, dude. He's one to call someone weird. He's not fooling me. He's trying to deflect attention off of himself by trying to make Shi-Ann look like the outcast, or weird one. I'm happy to see that the rest of Sook Jai ain't buying it. It's clear to me that there's a couple of alliances in Sook Jai. Everyone voted for either Steph or Chi-Ann. And fortunately the larger alliance is for ShiAnn. That means that Robb will probably be the next to go if Sook Jai loses immunity again. Please lose next week Sook Jai. I want Robb's punk rock behind gone.

Well, since the next one will start at the end of January or so they have to start production. This is much like how they filmed Marquesas while Africa was airing.

Oh yeah, Rob sucks, DUDE!

Oct 20th, 2002, 03:30 AM
Bright Red,

Are you writing from an institution??? Obviously the lack of African Americans is a large reason that the Arizona Legislature hasn't made MLK JR day a state holiday. If they enact this day should they also have a "Ghandi Day" for all the Indians in Arizona??? How about a "Mohammed Day" for the Muslims??? Maybe a "Jeff Davis Day" for all the Confederates living in the state??? Maybe China should enact a "Jesus Day" for all his teachings of love and kindness???

Oh and since when are "black neighborhoods" states with law-making legislatures??? If these neighborhoods did have legislatures would they be celebrating the same holidays as white neighborhoods?? Maybe a big St. Patrick's Day parade?

Finally, how do these black neighborhoods "celebrate" President's Day? Dress up like Uncle Sam and sing "Happy Birthday President Washington"???

Wake up to yourself.

There's been that rumour going around that Survivor 6
is filiming in the Phillipines. Sorry, that is incorrect. The
American version is filiming in the Amazon near the rainforest.
Their setting up at Rio Negro. Some Amazon based travel
companies assisted with finding good locations for the actual
shooting on the episodes, and as base camp for the film crew.

It would be too dumb to risk security by filming
a TV show in the Philipines.

The Amazon location has been talked about since
August. The production crew is in the Amazon.

yes, as of the moment i am typing this up in our lil bomb shelter

from the philippine travel advisory board:

Amazonia is the confirmed location for Survivor 6 says multiple sources and Tropical Nature Travel. The Production Camp will be located at the posh Ariau Towers Resort reserved October 22 through December 22. Space Imaging's satellite image taken last year of the Ariau complex shows the stilt buildings in the rain forest canopy connected by catwalks.

Sources say the Tribal Camps will be located on the Rio Negro's Praia Grande (Great Beach). Rumors say Tribal Council will be deep in the Amazonia rain forest on the Rio Acajatuba near Acajatube Village

The resort is on the edge of the Anavilhanas Archipelago Environmental Reserve. The Rio Negro is a beautiful, sweetwater river with few mosquitos populated with piranha and rose-colored freshwater dolphins.

Mark Burnett has mentioned South America and the Amazon River as possible locations for Survivor. South America is the only equatorial continent Survivor hasn't filmed on.

as for survivor japan jacs

Survivor Maps contacted Philippine Tourism Minister Richard Gordonís office who said, "Secretary Gordon, during his trip to the United States, met with producers of the Survivor Series who intimated interest in filming episodes in the Philippines. On another note, a Japanese crew is filming its version of Survivor in Siquijor Island since September 1st.

If the lack of African Americans explains why Arizona hasn't made it official (assuming Arizona really doesn't observe the holiday), then why is it that other states with the same low percentage of blacks (South Dakota, for example) recognize it. In fact, virtually all states in the US observe it, and many of those states have extremely low black populations.

And to further enlighten you on your other points about Ghandi, etc, I'll use an analogy. Based on your level of reasoning, I'm sure you still watch Sesame Street. Remember the segment where they sing, "One of these things does not belong here. Tell me which thing could this be?" Let's see, MLK, Ghandi, and Mohammed. Is it so hard for you to see that MLK was the only one that was American; hence, he gets the American national holiday. Can you think of a non-American that we have a national holiday for?

Let's try another one. What's different about MLK and Jefferson Davis? Hint: one of them represents the kind of things America stands for --> freedom, equality, and justice. The other represents the opposite. Is that so hard for you to understand why America would choose MLK and not Jefferson Davis?

And I don't concern myself with China. I'm an American, and I'm talking about an American holiday.

First of all, the federal government made the MLK a national holiday. The states, just like individuals, can choose to observe it. And again, you never fail to display your vast ignorance by pointing to blacks and St. Patricks Day. I'll simply advise you to ask some of the black posters on this board if they've ever worn green on St. Patricks Day and pinched those who didn't. I know that the African-Americans at my job do it all the time. Why would you even think that?

You're kidding, right? Just in case you aren't, then I'll tell you that among the more most common ways to observe the holiday are to do things such as close businesses and schools for the day. Dressing up in costumes is usually reserved for Halloween.

Sorry, I hadn't realized Arizona must enact the same observances as all other states. Maybe South Dakotans wanted another day to stay home from the snow...

Unlike you, I don't watch Sesame Street, but do you recall Columbus Day a week ago?

I realize some blacks "celebrate" St. Patrick's Day. Big Deal. No one takes off work as you expect everyone to do for MLK Jr. Day.

Since we can only have holidays for Americans, how about we start the following holidays:
Harriet Tubman Day
Neil Armstrong Day
John Muir Day
Frederick Douglas Day
Ben Franklin Day
Thomas Paine Day
Patrick Henry Day
Francis Scott Key Day
Clara Barton Day

I would list several Presidents, but they already have just one day of the year that celebrates their achievements. Only one day. One single day.

And to say Jeff Davis represents everything wrong about America and MLK Jr everything good, is in your words, IGNORANT. They both had their strengths and flaws. Don't make a blanket statement and force others to observe your holidays and call them ignorant and racist when they don't.

I don't like this Survivor anymore. Infact it really showed me how stupid people can be. How they treated Shi-Ann is deplorable as hell!! How they treated her made me sick and I felt so bad for her. They are only singling her out becuase she is ASIAN! I dont care what anyone else thinks from what I am watching Rob is a racist idiot!! I didn't like his words regarding Shi-ann and I wish CBS would not of aired them. She was so down on herself I felt so bad for her. I really like the guy who gave her that PEP talk.:):D Her speech rang so loud and clear imho concerning how different people preceive her. I am glad CBS aired her words regarding that on T.V. Maybe some people can take a look at themselves ad learn from it.

Personally I am addicted to Survivor but really am losing some interest because quite frankly the cast does not reflect America. I want the cast to be a solid equal mixture of different cultures. Mexicans, Native Americas, Asians,Blacks, Whites, even Bi-racial memebr. face it this game is political and all about classes what r any chance of a monority winning this game? I am tired of Survivor but will be back next week, because I am still addicted. I just can't stop watching as it is a bit into this season. Next season I think I shall be done.

Go SHI-ANN one of my all time favorite cast members!! hang tough and jas do your best.:)

Dawn, I share your hatred of Rob and affection for Shi-Ann, but your idea doesn't reflect America. Since when is America an equal mixture of all those cultures? America is largely white (about 70% I think). It's fine that you would like an equally mixed cast, but that doesn't reflect America, and likely doesn't reflect the applicants that CBS gets for the show.

Evadafan are you serious? Whites in America are not 70% lmao

Take Asians, Hispanics and Blacks and pit them against the white census. whites will be outnumbered. All people know that Hispanic/Latinos are the fastest growing culture in America. All I am suggesting is that instead of having 9 whites and 3 people who are of minority. Do it right. Have people who are from different backgrounds instead? Why can't they have about 3 whites 2 blacks 2 asians, 2 hispanics 2 of something else? I know u can't put all cultures in this world in one show. LOL

Anyhow I hope Shi-ann goes far:) I want ROB GONE ASAP!!

Dawn Marie, are you serious??? Whites are about 69% of the U.S. population. I do agree that Hispanics are the fastest growing group, and I guess now the second largest group behind whites. Maybe for a world survivor your idea is grand, but the show is made for the U.S.

Have you traveled this country, do you know who lives out there??? I don't think you do if you don't believe the percentages.

As for the census, when people argue that there is an undercount of minorities, they argue that it amounts to 1-2%. Even if it were true, it doesn't change the 69% figure much Dawn.

Oct 25th, 2002, 07:48 AM
GReat!! That bastard has gone out of the show!! I just hate him so muuuuccchhh :fiery: !! :bounce:

Go ShiANN!!! She rocks!!

Oct 25th, 2002, 07:59 AM
I think the most retarded thing happened was when Robb and the NYC Officer started to quarrel over bananas

During the vote, Shi Ann said.. she has started
Robb is such a pain.. He said Sorry SA.. You're a great person but too bad i need to vote for someone!! *bullshit*
And then when his name was called.. he was like.. my name is robb with two bs..

Oct 25th, 2002, 12:12 PM

is showing on Channel 9 (SYDNEY) every THURSDAY Night 9.30 pm

these castaways has voted out from The Island

Day 1-3 : JOHN (Chuai Gahn)

Day 4-6 : TANYA (Chuai Gahn)

Day 7-9 : JED (Sook Jai)

Day 10-12 : GHANDIA (Chuai Gahn)

Poor Chuai Gahn, I don't know why Jan (is the oldest member of Chuai Gahn) had chosen a lot of weakest/older members, and at the other tribe (Sook Jai) is a lot of Young/Strong member...???

Oct 25th, 2002, 12:16 PM
I don't like :

ROB (Sook Jai) : arshole and arrogant, typical winger! :fiery:

I really Like :

PENNY & SHUI ANN (Sook Jai)

Oct 25th, 2002, 12:22 PM
Go SHI ANN, kick some ars hole out from the island (ROB)

Btw, I think we are behind telecast here (SYDNEY Australia), the last person voted out from the island was GHANDIA (it was last night / thursday 24th October 9.30 pm telecast/episode)

I think I better don't read & see this thread, other wise it won't surprising anymore if I do know who is voted out!

Oct 25th, 2002, 12:23 PM
sorry forget to :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: for SHI ANN

Oct 25th, 2002, 03:06 PM

There were alot of twists and turns. I really didn't see
Nimrob going- it really felt like Shii was getting the boot.
How did she do this? She is genius- how in the world did
she manipulate Rob's hippy dippy lovefest into an
"let's all kick Rob(b) off the island" voting tally?

I have to give Penny, Jake, Ken, and Erin tons of credit
for doing the smartest thing in terms of the "game". Once
they merged- Robb would have won all the challenges.
I'm surprised they all realized that- the merge is an
every man for himself immunity challenge.

It felt good to see Robb go. I don't think he deserved
the money anyway- would've just gone home and
smoked pot again. lol.

Oct 25th, 2002, 03:17 PM
yup, great to see Robb go... but a little sad cos' he started to show some glimpses of his good side in this episode...

and I'm so glad that funny old Jan is still hanging around !

Its Robb with 2 'bb's yeah right...

Shii Ann, you're da bomb... I'm amazed at how you got everyone to boot that fool. You keep going girl, get the million bucks!

Oct 25th, 2002, 03:40 PM
My favorite survivor is Helen. She's cracking me up
over there at CG. I laughed my head off when she
yelled back at Ted for yelling at her duing the
sling shot cannon reward challenge.

Jan is turning out to be another entertaining
Suvivor for being so damn weird. She's pretty
wacko. I could see her tutoring Jack on the Osbournes.

Isn't Shii looking craftier with each episode. She's
the new Richard Hatch.

I don't like how the
show is edited out to fit that "Asian" stereotype
of being a "smarty pants"- the AAA student
with the glasses.

Oct 25th, 2002, 03:48 PM
let's be fiar Shii is a pretty smart woman, I mean look at her biography LOL, it blows you away, I wonder how they could have lost that immunity challenge this week, coz I believe Shii would have kicked Chauye Gahn butt on her own

Oct 25th, 2002, 03:51 PM
I think in real life- Shii Ann is alot more fun.
She reminds everyone of someone they know,
and enjoy talking to.

Oct 25th, 2002, 06:19 PM
Anyway, Robb made a nice speech the night before he left. It's very nice of him and at least, Jake, Penny and Erin cried. His brain is much younger than his body!!

Go BRIAN!!! I am counting down to the day you win Survivor 5 in my home land!!!

I agree about Shii Ann being extremely smart, she is probably hatching some complex plot to get the million bucks... hope it works...

Haha, another reason for me to like Shii Ann - she has the same birthday as me! Wohoo! And she is excatly 12 years older than me, so she has the same Chinese Zodiac sign as me...

Oct 26th, 2002, 04:41 AM
go shii!

Oct 26th, 2002, 04:54 AM
I wonder why many people (also my friends at university) are rooting for Shii Ann!!!

Cause she is a smart bitch with attitude... ;)

Oct 26th, 2002, 08:05 AM
I was suprised to find out that Penny and Erin are not alligned with Shi Ann and Jake in some sort of alliance, those Shi Ann and Jake may have something with Ken.

Right now those 5 are smart...even tho Roub helped them out in the food challenge he would have been their downfall when it came time to merge.

Speaking of merges I wonder what twist they'll throw in...its probably not going to be a simple straight everyone moves in as 10...hmmm

Shi Ann of course is still in trouble voting wise...the thing with the merger is that CG can not know that she has so many votes against her, this is assuming that the tribes vote in a deadlock.

The lil promo for next week, where Ken is yelling at Shi Ann not to be a rat...is obviously pointing to the fact ths eshould not vote with CG, but with her own tribe. Basically whoever loses first in the merger, they're going to be picked off one by one. I would much prefer to see someone form SJ to win.

I'm really liking ERIN, she is hella smart and I think people don't realize it...she may have fake artifical boobs ;) but her brain is big and natural ;) :D

Penny showed she's got the brains as well in the food challenge, aiming toward the middle instead of indivdual people :D

Oct 26th, 2002, 10:29 AM
Yeah Erin has some brains... I'm beginning to like her too... :D

Penny is kinda cute too... :)

Oct 26th, 2002, 11:17 AM
I think what's going to happen in the next episode
with the merge is that Shii will become buddy, buddy
with some of the CG member. Come on...they have more
in common with Shii than her Sook Jai tribe. Helen seems
to have a nice bio, literature, wine, films- I think she'll
become chummy with Shii. Heck- any of the CG members
are more articulate than Sook Jai excluding Shii herself.

I think Shii can figure out who's the easiest target for
Sook Jai to vote for during the tribal council. It just
takes all of Sook Jai, and only one CG member to swing
the vote against Clay, Ted or Jan. I don't think Brian or
Helen will be the target. Either way- I think Shii will
survive the first tribal council in the "merge". Helen,
Brian, Clay, Ted and Jan will most likely go for the most
physically strongest member- Ken or Jake.

Head to the official website up at CBS Survivor
Thailand to get aload of how idiotic Rob now
looks. ROTF. He was interviewed on the
CBS Morning chat show. What a doofus!

Previous votes don't count as Mark Burnett has pointed out so Shii Ann isn't in that big a trouble....

Thus, I doubt Shi Ann is booted off after the merge because her story arc hasn't reached its end and we do know that Robb, Jed and Stephanie never seemed to like her even off the show.... We all know that those booted before the jury are sequestered from those in the jury so i don't think Shii Ann made up with either of the 3 so she, unfortunately, will probably be the first jury boot...

Hope I'm wrong....;)

Oct 31st, 2002, 09:23 AM
When did Burnett say that previous votes don't count? Did I miss something? In previous survivors that happened...that's how that one bitchy girl got booted from Survivor Africa in the merge...she was tied with someone else but had more previous votes.

LOL, so you're saying that Shi Ann has 3 weeks ;) interesting that could mean that Chuy Ghan gets the upper hand in the merge.

It's as if some of the current contestants have never seen any of the previous Survivor series. Just about every tribe member who's attempted to switch sides has gotten the boot. I was very disappointed by tonight's outcome, but foolishness should be punished.

OMG! Shi-Ann made such a big mistake, but it wasn't entirely her fault. They thought they were in a merger.:( Poor girl! I love her speech at the end! She told Penny and the rest of them off! To her defense, she would've been gone anyways.

Shi Ann:sad:

It's the second year that the previous vote cast don't count! It started in the Marquesas...

Good episode though, I'm having a hard time finding people to root for.....

maybe jan and brian.......

Anyone catch next week's preview? I changed the channel and missed it.

Nothing much, except that darn monkey wrecking havoc in the tribes.:p Next episode looks boring.:o

Nov 1st, 2002, 03:09 AM
oh I doubt it can be boring considering the mix that's going on in these tribes....

Nov 1st, 2002, 05:43 AM
I liked Shii Ann :( But she shouldn't have been so vocal about her pact with the other tribe. I guess its her fault in a way. Gooo Ken!! Goo all the way!! Show Penny / Erin wat ur made of :P

Nov 1st, 2002, 07:05 AM
What a dummy! Shii Ann!!

For all that so called Asian wisdom she's been tossing out
for the camera; she totally did what your not suppose to
do. Throw away your loyalty. It was kind of pathetic
how Shii admited during the tribal council that she said
tons of stuff about Sook Jai to the Chuy's- she then calls Penny "manipulative"? lol. Such a dumb move.

Shii should've just lied with a grin on her face,
and say she loves Sook Jai- and that thing with the Chuy's
was her....Plan A to be a double agent.!!

" Shoplifting?
No just getting experience for my movie role. " :)

You know it's not cool talking trash in front of people- when
they HAVE NOT MERGED YET!!!! Even if Penny, and Erin
a unworthy of the final four.

I hope someone from CG wins!! I'm mad at Jake ,and Ken
for turning their backs on Shii.

Nov 1st, 2002, 07:14 AM
This was a great episode...totally shocker of the tribes not really merging...I didn't even see it coming.

The one person that got screwed from the whole tribes not merging obviously is Shi Ann....if it there an individual immunity Penny would have been out no doubt. Shi Ann, she did the best she could do to salvage the situation at tribal council. Can you blame her for spilling her guts though, from the beginning she has to shut up and take all her abuse.

Erin has moved into the position of my new favorite. I wonder though if the tribes will actually ever merge or will they continue to be two tribes til the end? I highly doubt that they won't merge, because getting indivdual immunity is so key to being the final winner its an important part of the game and if you don't keep that in the game, its entirely different.

Nov 1st, 2002, 07:16 AM
Thanks for the previous voting info...Marquesas was by FAR the worst...I didn't even watch the last like 6 episodes :D

Nov 1st, 2002, 07:25 AM
Oh- I hate Penny now. She reminds me of those sassy
junior high girls. I don't think she's actually a sweet girl. lol.

Nov 1st, 2002, 07:27 AM
I guess it's just Shi's character to want to bring things into the open rather than keep it all submerged and pretend that she loves Sook Jai...
at least she's not pretentious and hypocritical.... too bad she's gone...
It's now quite likely someone from CG wins this whole thing now...
I'm really glad Jan sneaked into the jury !

Nov 1st, 2002, 09:09 AM
I was about to like Shii Ann. Then she is gone!

I too hate Penny. I hate her face when she looked at Shii Ann walking out of the tribal council. I hope she will be next!

Will there be a REAL merge?

Nov 1st, 2002, 09:24 AM
Oh well unlucky Shi, I agree she shouldn't have been too vocal, falling into the trap ala Johnand his gang last series. But She made an assumption that the tribe will merge and if they really did and she jumped ship, she is almost guarantee top 3 finish, plus she knew she will be in the Neleh/Paschal position in the John alliance last season, so it would have been wise if she really did know for sure the tribe will merge. Another great lesson learnt in survivor, never assume anything ;)

Oh well I don't know who to root for now

Nov 1st, 2002, 02:01 PM
Ironic that Shii Ann didn't act "wisely" according to the proverb she herself spouted off to the camera about Robb when she voted him out: "There is is old proverb, a wise man knows much, but says little, a fool knows little, but says far too much"

Shii knew little (guess what? the tribes have not yet merged) and said far too much. Shame, because I kinda liked her.

Jan seems like a sweet, kind person and I would love to see her win the $1 million, but sadly she probably won't. She's definitely the one I'm rooting for.

I'd forgotten that she said that just last week. Very good point. Never forget that the pendulum swings both ways.

I was at the survivor chat when Shii Ann came, and chatted with us live. She knew she was the next to go right when Jeff Probst announced that they were "officially merged." Ken gave her the *hint hint* that she was next to go, so her comment at tribal council didn't affect the voting whatsoever. Im glad that she was able to tell off Erin and Penny at tribal council. Poor Shii Ann, right when she really started enjoying the game, she gets the boot :fiery:. She was sooo close to being on the jury too!! ahh.well...my official favorite is Ken now. He'll get revenge on Penny.

Nov 2nd, 2002, 01:58 AM
Shii ANn on the survivor chat? sounds fishy... was it officially announced that it was Shii ann on the chat ??

looks like Jan's gonna hold a funeral for the chicken next week... sure will be fun to watch... !!

Nov 2nd, 2002, 04:24 AM
I like Ted(dy) and Helen. I hope one or both of them
make it to the final four. I have this bad feeling that
the "red necks" will target Ted next.

I have to say this- and I don't know if you feel the
same;but there's too much Southerners on the.
What is it..something like six white Texans on Survivor
Thailand? This isn't right. I hope that in the next
SURVIVOR features a bigger mix of people. Someone
Black from the East, someone Asian from the West,
someone Hispanic or Indian or Eastern European from
a big Urban city, someone from the mid-west, etc...

Oh well, I hope Erin wins it in now, it is kinda sad Shii Ann left...

At least she left classily.
