 how subtle.. boreas checked my singles differences (benesova, suarez navarro) and made them differences to secure some doubles chance :rolls:

thats why it is not accepted late picks on MTF.. to avoid these kind of situations

today's clown award should go to Andiyan by a mile

FiBeR

If he sends late you have a shot (theoretically).

ive won in singles and doubles, and this is not a complain, but what you should do, is not post the singles differences if it is going to give a hint to the doubles late-sender opponents if you re going to accept late picks

what i usually do on these cases is pm both singles players with their differences and wait to see if the doubles player sends late or not, and then post it on the thread

this gives the late sender advantage.. just letting you know :p in this way you avoid any kind of problems, dont you agree?

Oh, please, i was forced to pick Diyas and Bacszinsky, since our team had been already down a difference for me not being able to pick for the first match. Plus if your doubles partner picked Diyas or Bacszinsky we would have lost anyway. After all i didn't get to see his picks

FiBeR
Jul 17th, 2009, 06:57 PM
i would have taken the same risks in your situation too without knowing my rivals picks anyway, just pointing out what the manager should have done to avoid anything like what i said could have happened  thats my point, though really roughly expressed :p

Well fine. I'll do that in the future, but this has rarely/not happened before and nothing is in the rules about this, so I could not know how to deal with it. I just knew late picks are accepted after 1R, so it is not my fault. :wavey:
