1 1/2 hours isn't that quick. :p

Alona won only 33% of points on her 1st serve in the 2nd set.

Really enjoyed the first set. :) Alona led 2-0* and *21 40-15 in the second but she lost that game and never came back. :(

 It's downright irritating to dislike Dinara. She just finds a way to win, every time, and this time it wasn't even difficult. Well done, #1. Well done.

Yes, it wasn't easy. Safina had to work really hard for the points.
She was better overall, but it wasn't that convincing.

Great Job Safina, unfortunately, I don't think you'll be winning RG because of it.

She was so tired. I hope a week is enough time to recover and prepare for FO :scared:
She'll probably lose tomorrow against JJ because of her tiredness but that's ok.

Dinara can't afford to make 37 UEs in her next match. At least DFs < 10, but I just get the feeling she should be hitting the ball cleaner and control matches on a regular basis.

That said, Dinara is out to be next "Queen of Clay".

No, you're right but I can't wait for Dina to go crazy over Patty's use of angles etc. JJ wanted to kill a couple of ball boys cos of it :p

I wish she would have lost this match, she needs rest--both physical and mental--before Roland Garros.

I really think Dinara's peaking way too early. Is she playing a tournament next week? If she is I daresay she'll be burned out at RG.

Nope, she has RG after Madrid finishes.
