Does that mean players can now get away with a whole line rather than just a key bump? ;)

Martina's ban is a joke. We don't know actually what we drink and eat. It'a really stupid that they've realized so late to put a threshold for cocaine as for any other drug. Just idiots!

What a joke. Antidoping policies need some serious update. I'm sure one day people will look back at these policies and feel shame for how many careers have been ruined by this idiots.

This kind of sudden change in the rules does make anti-doping policies look somewhat arbitrary and unfair.

42 ng (nanograms!)/liter seems a very small amount indeed.

What does it matter... She was banned, and the ban is nearly over, won't change things anyway.

What does it matter... She was banned, and the ban is nearly over, won't change things anyway.

It matters because it tarnished her legacy forever. Everyone heard about the ban. There were press conferences, sensational headlines, and articles plastered everywhere. Where will the media be to report on this amendment?

It sent her back into retirement, most likely permanently. She's not Cher, she's only allowed to say farewell a certain number of times. Chances are slim she will return at 29.

2007/early 2008 were hot years for stricter doping policies and the WTA had to crucify someone. Too bad it had to be Hingis they caught.
