THE world's smallest bodybuilder flexes his mini muscles - as The Sun takes him for his first workout since arriving in England.

We treated 33-inch tall Romeo Dev to a session at one of the country's toughest gyms to mark his first ever visit this week.

The 21-year-old - who weighs just 10kg - has become a global star and internet sensation in recent years.

His pint-sized pull-ups and weightlifting have won him thousands of fans around the world.

But this Romeo is still searching for his Juliet.

He told The Sun: "I like girls but I feel a little bit shy around them because of my size.

"I haven't had many girlfriends. I don't think I can impress them with my muscles.

"I don't use chat-up lines or approach them. But I do like English girls and I've seen Page 3."

So not even prolific ladies man 2'8" Vern Troyer has inspired him?

"I've never heard of Mini-Me," he said with a giggle.

Blonde-haired Romeo - real-name Adibya Dev - lives in Punjab, India, where he is a huge celebrity after making the Guinness Book Of Records in 2006.

He found fame after being spotted on his regular gym visits and regularly attracts huge crowds.

"I'm always in the gym," he explained through his interpreter, between poses and push-ups.

"I train two times a week to do sit ups, pull-ups and weightlifting. I love it.

"The men here in London are very good. They do the same things that I do.

"I like London very much - I am planning to see some Punjabi films and buy myself a cap."

Romeo's parents are with him on the trip, arranged by Ripley's Believe It Or Not.

Everywhere he goes people want to kneel down beside him for a snap.

He's a cameraphone magnet and knows how to woo a crowd, locking fists with fans and waving to girls.

Dad Anil Dev, 51, said Romeo got into weightlifting by watching TV.

"He saw muscly Indian stars on the telly at the age of about ten.

"That was when he decided he wanted to be like them."

Mum Rakesh Bala, 47, said she was very proud of her son, one of three children.

She added: "All of Romeo's clothes are especially made. Everything is made to order because he's such a unique size.

"Wherever Romeo goes people get very excited but it's exciting for us too.

"His family love him very much and are really proud of him."

British bodybuilders were thrilled by his visit and impressed by his courage.

Nick Mitchell, 36, of Ultimate Performance, lifted him in the air with one arm and said: "It was just like holding my baby son up."

Londoner Michael Day, 24, was impressed by the little fella's ability.

He added: "Romeo was brilliant. He's so much smaller in real life.

There isn't one guy in this gym who could do more pull-ups than he did for their weight. I was amazed."

Romeo will be showing off his miniature skills at the Ripley's London attraction over the Easter period.
