i see people putting on jackets or sweaters after working out. i heard that it helps recover.
but my question is if the heat makes the muscles grow more that warm or cold air.

I think warmth soothes the muscles more and doesn't allow it to tense and rigidify if it was exposed to the cold.

I know fighters put on warm clothing during and after their workouts but that's for losing water weight.

just thinking about it makes me feel nasty.
after a long jog. the last thing i wanna do is put on a sweater.

the only reason i put a jacket on after i work out is coz i dont wanna get cold :lol:
