Career 4th round Slam efficiency for current top 10!

You can expect a lot more pointless crap like this if the rain delay continues.

This is the percentage of the time over the course of their careers where they have advanced to the 4th round. Obviously, players who started Slams at age 14 or 15 will have poorer percentage than those who started at 16 or 17, and players still in their teens will have poorer percentage than those in mid 20's.

I think amelie made it to the 4th rd in slams 9 times not 12 including this US open

Pretty consistent with the fact that the top players will make it far into the tournament more often than not.

I am frankly amazed Jen is so high considering the consecutive run of first round losses she built up in 1996-1998.

Mark that's true but she was also remarkably consistent in the early 90's. In fact I could barely remember a time when she failed to reach a QF. Pretty good for someone that young and of course now she's one of the most consistent too.

What happened to Monica in 99??? Was that third round Lucic 7-6, 7-6??? What was 97? Third round somebody.....?

No surprise that Monica is up there... she has never lost in the first round too!

In 97 Monica lost to Testud at Wimbledon.....I think.

In 1997 Monica lost to Testud 0-6 6-4 8-6(She had a match point :sad: )
