British Hello Magazine and it's regional magazines in countries such as Spain, Serbia, México, Russia, Canada, India, EAU, Turkey, Greece, Thailand, Ukraine, and others, have released today a list chosen by their editors of the Personalities of the year 2008. Many tennis players made the list.

11 - Rafael Nadal
25 - Ana Ivanovic
26 - Novak Djokovic
33 - Jelena Jankovic and Marcus Baghdatis
34 - Roger Federer

I have the link with the whole list, but it's in spanish. In the british web they don't let you see the list, but they have it in the summary of this week's magazine.

Ana after being honoured by the 'Hello Magazine's list of personalities of the year 2008' -

"I think she played a good match, she is a good...oh wait this is the wrong speech"

She did find the correct speech afterwards

Nadull has no personality.

Djokovic, Baghdatis and Jelena Transgendervic are the only 3 who belong on this list. Surprised Roddick didnt make the list. People might not like his personality but he shows more than Federer or Nadull.

I try to be more aggressive!

But what a list! Why isn't Serena up there?! Kuznetsova? And even though I cannot stand him, I thought Roddick was meant to be the charasmatic funny man on the ATP.

Oh well...

Why are Nadal and Ana above Jelena? Im not even a JJ fan but you have to admit she has got the biggest personality on the tour? And no Jo-WIlfried Tsonga? It seems like they just picked out the most famous from each tours, and threw in Baghdatis. Wheres Serena? AND Kuzzi?

Maybe it's inversely proportional to number of broken racquets.

Kuznetsova is by far the player with the best personality. It's like every player on the Tour likes her and they all mention how funny she is.

I can't believe the Virgin Mary is on this list, maybe she and Nadull have more personality in their native languages.

Yah for JJ being on the list. She needs to go back to being an injury faking, vain, diva because her current persona is no fun at all.

They're not measuring people's personalities, like who's funny and what not :help: It's basically like a people of the year thing, Rafa had an amazing year hence his rank.
