:hug: Im not really too upset. She fought so much til the end of the match and you can't really fault her. It just wasn't her day.

Yes she did fight hard, but she made too many errors and missed alot of easy shots. All she had to do was keep the ball in court, but Chakvetdaze did pick up her game in the third set.
Hopefully she can score some big wins at Fed cup.

Dont underestimate Anna, she played really well and was hungry for the win. Anne will be back stronger at her next event.

I think im over my enitial reaction now :p Im still dissapointed, its mainly the amount of erros, the fact two breadsticks look poor and the contreversy at the start of the third. Its not an easy loss to swallow, but she will regroup. From here to the clay she has a good chance to get closer to the top 40 and beyond. She should get to play some good matches in the Fed Cup as she will be playing the first singles rubber so against players like Wozniacki and Kanepi.

Anne wasnt herself, her consistancy was way too low, and I dont think it was due to nerves because they held well in her warmup events! Im looking forward to the Fed Cup, as have a chance of an upset, and the WTA events. I hope she gets a decent draw though, I knew her lucky draw earlier this month would get her back :(
