Her ranking when the actual MD list was made wouldn't have been as high as it is now don't forget - it was down around 180 or so. ;) (all lists made 6 weeks before tourney based on those rankings). That list doesn;t say it's actually just the MD list - it just says "players list". ;)

Eleni said she would play here in her Oficial website，but today it changes to $25,000 Surprise……so I guess she was withdrew here……I'm not sure……

I guess she would play in Memphis if she made the draw, but as it's not likely she will make it (unless she got a WC) then Surprise is the next best option. Misa Krajicek is still on Surprise list too because it's not 100% certain she'll make Memphis quallies, so she's keeping her options open. ;
