Does anyone know why Misa didn't play doubles the last tournaments, although she always said that she wants to do both, singles and doubles?

I must say that I can agree, but she always said the opposite.

Oh well, it's Misa. She says one thing, then does the other, I'm pretty much used to it.
But I guess that with the qualification, doubles would be too much physically.

In the 2nd round she plays against Arvidsson, currently number 64 of the world. Will be a tough match for Misa, but she recently proved that she can beat the top-100 players. Good luck!:D

Too bad indeed, considering she had three breakpoints when leading 3-1 in the second set...
And she also had two matchpoints when serving for the match at 5-4 in the second. :(

But I'm optimistic too, she is getting back to her old level. She now knows she can beat top 100 players again, she just needs to play more of those matches. And finish them when she has the chance of course :o

lmao - so true. Probably she's just focussing on trying to get her singles ranking up for now. Her doubles ranking isn't so bad as her singles. ;) And also yes, it would be tiring to play so many matches in a few days.

Yeah, she's beatig the lower ranked players quite easily, as she should be, and it's close against the higher ranked players mostly, so it's good. :D
