Too tired probably, along with the low back pain. Just as well. She's had a good run so far. See you next tourny, Safina. Rest up.

Sep 21st, 2008, 04:41 PM Jankovic will breathe a sigh of relief. hankqq Sep 21st, 2008, 04:58 PM well, it's the smart thing to do. No need to injure herself when she's having the best run of her career by playing too much with too little recovery time. Does that mean we'll see a Jankovic/Kuznetsova final now? :rolls: Dodoboy. Sep 21st, 2008, 04:59 PM Caro's draw now  Temperenka Sep 21st, 2008, 05:01 PM Good to hear. Have a good week though, Dinara! Dinayer Sep 21st, 2008, 05:02 PM smart dinara :yeah: CrossCourt~Rally Sep 21st, 2008, 05:06 PM Smart move! :bounce: Malva Sep 21st, 2008, 05:06 PM Probably a smart decision for Dinara but when a top seed resigns in the last minute, the tournament draw loses all the balance. It is not just for the girls in three remaining quarters. I wish they make a new draw in such situations. @danieln1 Sep 21st, 2008, 05:07 PM Jankovic will breathe a sigh of relief. Lucky Jelena!! Now reach the final sammy01 Sep 21st, 2008, 05:36 PM Caro's draw now  we can breathe a sigh of relief, no caro vs chaky 1st round now thank god. both there draws have just got way easier. AnnaK_4ever Sep 21st, 2008, 05:43 PM Kremlin Cup and YEC are the main goals for Dinara for the rest of the season. She should stay fresh for them. Leo_DFP Sep 21st, 2008, 05:45 PM Smart move! She just did what Jelena is never smart enough to do - withdraw and save energy for the bigger events. Miss Atomic Bomb Sep 21st, 2008, 05:51 PM good move..save up energy, no need to get tired, she is having the second best year [behind serena]. Dodoboy. Sep 21st, 2008, 05:53 PM Jelena :rolls: But she is young, let her play  Hopefully next year she slows down. Slutati Sep 21st, 2008, 05:56 PM thank god. At least some other players can win now :yippee: Roookie Sep 21st, 2008, 07:33 PM Smart Girl. Jelena should win Beijin now...still she won't. Anthony. Sep 21st, 2008, 07:44 PM Smart move! She just did what Jelena is never smart enough to do - withdraw and save energy for the bigger events. Smart in the current way. If she commits to so many tournaments, she has to learn how to manage to play them all. In the following years withdrawing days before a tournament will have larger consequences. Now that she's actually winning things, she has to realize that she'll be at a tournament until the latter part of the week, and will either have to learn and gain stamina, like what Jankovic does, though with risk to her body, or commit to less tournaments which risks her ranking points ArturoAce.
