(I know it's not big news or a "bombshell")

 Weird

Is that like one of the youngest player to ever enter a WTA tournament?

She won U18 Spring Bowl in St. Polten, and is 4th player on the world u14 with only 13 years of age. She has distinctive red hair :bolt:

Ok, I don't know, is it a good decision?

Offcourse fedcup selector Mima Jausovec started sucking up to her already  like she did first to Pisnik and then against Srebotnik when Pisnik wasn't good anymore.

Why not? I think it can only benefit her in the long run having some WTA experience.

Way too early in my opinion, she's going to get a huge beatdown and it won't really do anything for her game/confidence. I mean, it's not like it's even going to be a learning experience.

I dont think a player under 14 can even play a WTA match. I remember that issue happened with Sharon Fichman here in Canada.

Sorry, she'll be 14 four days before the qualies begin ;)

Aren't U14 rankings done by Tennis Europe? That would be impressive for boys because, unlike ITFs they aren't nearly as strong as 16, 17, and 18 year olds. Instead, a 13 yr old girl should routinely be competing in junior ITFs because there is little growth in terms of muscle development.

She'll be raped and eaten alive, but she'll get a pay cheque.

ozegovic won 3 and 3
either this girl is really good for 14 or nika is playing horrendous tennis

I guess it cant do her any harm, as its totally her choice, but I dont think she is old enough IMO.

People she played already
Beating Kambic and losing to Ozegovic, both scorelines are decent!

Wasn't Michelle 14 when she beat Shaughnessy, 2 months after her 14th birthday? there's a list with the girls who won their first matches with 14 i think...

Yeah, you have to be 14 years old to play an ITF or WTA pro match (main draw or qualifying).
