Well, this weeks ITFs are very low in general cause of the Wimbledon quali.

She just didn't want to skip this week.

ITF's are so fun these days with the likes of Dokic, ALG, Sesil, Lucic, Bovina, Date and Stevenson in the draws.

I think it is an odd decision too but that must be it. The only ITF over 10k is a 25k in Turkey. I suppose ALG wanted to stay in West Europe.

man people are so stupid. As Chris said there is only one 25,000$ tournament in Turkey this week. She just came back from an injury so she needs practice. Maybe she speculated to get a wc for Rosmalen thats why she entered Alkmaar. So those :help: and :o are so unnecessary guys.

Jun 19th, 2008, 06:55 AM
This is good. The only foreseeable reason Anna could lose is if she was extremely fatigued from last week (even then it's not likely). She's getting in match play this way and her confidence must be growing too.

She'll be ready for Budapest. :yeah:

Get over it people. :weirdo: The entry list is made 3 weeks before, so she entered the 10k before she won the 75k. So instead of (Possibly) getting fined, she just decided to go and play. Match practice and 6 points. Very valuable for her at the moment.

You would think she has had enough money for the past three years to pay for a decent coach. Maybe she is forced to use amateurs because of her Olympic aspirations.

Anna must just be cruising. She should just take it easy and not be so hard on herself. This is a 10k and it's often hard to play your best against lesser opponents.
