Of course the most famous are the Safins with Dinara and Marat both having great successes (though not at the same time).

who are the other active tennis siblings, WTA & ATP?

Mario and Sanja Ancic i think are one to be considered (I am not sure, is sanja still active?).

I don't know about Gilles & Martina Muller, are they even related apart from having the same family name?...

Muller is a very common last name, particularly in Europe...so I doubt it ;)
And besides they were born and reaised in different countries Gillies in Luxembourg and Martina in Germany :p
