She is a very good player on all courts - but not on grass.

Peer or Schiavone :shrug: They're players who don't like grass and have struggled with their form recently.

Marion is an obvious choice with recent form, but I wouldn't want to risk her turning it on, cos then i would be in serious trouble :bolt:

I would also want to draw Dementieva because a match vs. her is like heaven.

Really almost all of them would give a decent unseeded player a good opportunity to get into the final 32. I think the only two I would be apprehensive about would be Petrova and Chakvetadze. I think those two will be tough to bump off before the round of 32. But all the others are just great opportunities for a few lucky players to make a little bit of a name for themselves.

I voted for Bammer, but most of those players either are in a slump or suck on grass...so there will be at least 9 lucky unseeded players. (Not counting Cibulkova)

Bartoli, not only is she not playing her best but playing her first match defending all those points she must be nervous.

Schnyder. She'd rather take the grass court season off and go on vacation.

100% Schiavone. I don't think there can be an argument for anyone else.

I said Vaidisova, but there are definitely others. I don't know about Bartoli though, she has been slumping hardcore, but she did make the finals last year... if she could find that form I would NOT want to meet her in the first round.

I'm not sure about Hantuchova's Wimbledon participation, as it could go either way.

Anyhow, normally she is a pretty good grass player, so I didn't include her in the poll.
